GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL SALES 2025-2026
By making a stay request and by renting a mobile home, you agree to respect the dates of stays as well as the payment dates. The reservation only becomes firm upon receipt of the deposit and the return of the rental contract signed by the two parties. A copy of the contract will be returned to you to confirm your reservation. The final decision to accept the rental depends solely on the CAMPSITE. The deposit paid will be immediately returned to you if the reservation request cannot be satisfied. In the case of a reservation directly online on our website, the validation of the general conditions of sale is equivalent to the signing of the rental contract after acceptance of the reservation by management.
- STAY: For weekly rentals, arrivals take place from 3 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. For short-term rentals regardless of your arrival and departure days, the hours are identical. In season, the office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Out of season, the office is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- PAYMENT OF THE STAY: A deposit of 30% is to be paid when booking and the balance no later than the day of arrival. To simplify the formalities on arrival, it is advisable to pay this balance before your arrival. For “last minute” reservations made 10 days before the stay, payment for the entire stay is required when booking. ATTENTION, NO PAYMENT BY CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY. Any change in the number of people that may lead to a change in the amount of the fee more or less must be reported on arrival (additional person within the limit of the rental capacity ...). In the event of an inaccurate declaration, this contract will be automatically terminated and the amounts paid will remain the property of the Campsite.
- LATE ARRIVAL: The reserved rental is retained from 3 p.m. on the day indicated on the contract until 7 p.m. If the Tenant does not arrive on time, and has not contacted the Management, he loses the right to install in the mobile home reserved for him, and the amounts already paid will not be returned to him . The reservation contract will then be canceled. The Client must then contact the Insurer (if he has subscribed to the proposed insurance contract). The late arrival then becomes a cancellation of stay.
- CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY: Cancellation / interruption of stay insurance is taken out ONLY at the time of booking. It is highly recommended (not compulsory). The costs of management / reservation of the stay are in no case reimbursed either by the Campsite or by the Insurer.
A - CANCELLATION: 2 possible cases
* cancellation of the stay without insurance: the 30% deposit remains with the Campsite. Any sums paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded according to the date of receipt of the cancellation letter (by registered post) according to the scale below:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
- from 29 days of arrival: 0% refund
If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the balance is due by the customer.
* cancellation of the stay with CampezCouvert insurance: the detailed general conditions of the insurance (in particular the guaranteed amounts, the reasons for cancellation supported, the deductibles, etc.) are visible on the Camping site. Insurance is exercised from the day of booking until the day of departure from the campsite. In the event of a guaranteed loss, the reimbursement request must be sent, ASAP, BY THE CUSTOMER, to the Insurer, who will guide you through the process (online: www.declare.fr - By E-mail: claims @ gritchen .Fr). Reimbursement is made by the Insurer according to the conditions stipulated in the insurance contract.
B - INTERRUPTION OF STAY: Whatever the reason, no reimbursement is made by the Campsite. In the event of subscription to interruption of stay insurance, the cancellation insurance procedure applies (prorated according to dates).
In the event of late arrival, cancellation or interruption of stay, the Campsite is free to reoccupy the rental thus vacated by the Tenant.
- CONSTRAINTS: The campsite's internal regulations apply to everyone. Each Customer undertakes to comply with it. In the event of non-compliance with this, the Management may ask the Customer concerned to leave the Campsite without any refund of the entire stay booked. The Tenant agrees to be covered by civil liability insurance. The proof of this insurance must be presented at reception at the latest upon your arrival. If this is not the case, you MUST COMPULSORY subscribe to FFCC insurance. Smoking is prohibited in mobile homes. No mobile home is accessible to the disabled or people with reduced mobility. It will not be allowed to exceed the maximum capacity of the mobile home even for one night. No installation will be accepted on the locations of the rental (tent ...). Sheets are not provided in the rental. It is possible to rent cotton bed sets (1 top sheet, 1 bottom sheet and 1 or 2 pillowcases). All rentals are equipped with clothes dryers (tancarville type or similar). You must therefore avoid hanging laundry or the like on wires stretched between trees, shrubs, etc. It is forbidden to make noise between 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
The exterior rental lights will be turned off from 11:00 p.m. All visitors must report their entry and pay a fee: their vehicle must park in the campsite parking lot. Access to the swimming pool is FORBIDDEN. At the start of your stay, you must check your inventory. Any anomalies must be clarified at the latest the following morning of your arrival (12 noon). After this period, no claim can be made and you will be responsible for your inventory. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be carried out and the refrigerator defrosted. If this were not the case, a cleaning fee of 60 euros would be counted. The rental contract gives access to all of the campsite's games.
- OPENING HOURS of the barriers: Entrances and exits from the campsite are possible between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm with a magnetic badge given on your arrival for the duration of your stay against a deposit of € 25 (only one vehicle per pitch). Any fraudulent use of this badge will be penalized. In the event of late arrival or early departure during the stay, an outdoor car park is available to campers.
- ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND / OR WITH REDUCED MOBILITY: Access to the swimming pool is brought into conformity for people with disabilities and / or people with reduced mobility.
- BARBECUES: The use of electric or gas barbecues is recommended. However, the use of charcoal barbecues is tolerated, subject to great caution and only from 11:00 to 22:00 (especially not at night).
- PETS: Pets are allowed in the Campsite under certain conditions. They must all be kept on a leash and must not remain alone on the pitches or in the rentals (provide blankets to put on the cushions and beds of the mobile home). Cats are prohibited in all mobile homes. All possible droppings must be picked up by their owner. It is mandatory to provide, upon arrival, the up-to-date health record, in particular with regard to vaccination against rabies (rabies). 1st and 2nd category dogs and large dogs are prohibited as well as cats.
- SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is strictly reserved for camping customers. Access is free. It is open from 15/05 to 30/09. One bracelet per person, compulsory to access the swimming pool, will be given free of charge upon arrival. The bracelet is to be worn from the start of the stay until the end of it. Lost bracelets will be charged 2 Euros. Customers must comply with the regulations entered at the entrance to the pool. It is forbidden inside the pool to run, jump and use accessories (rigid balls, fins, buoys or inflatable mattresses ...). Wearing a swimsuit is compulsory, swimming shorts are tolerated and underpants prohibited. For safety reasons, the child must be under the responsibility and supervision of an adult. Swimming is not supervised. Access to the pool is strictly prohibited to unaccompanied children. - PHOTOGRAPHY: During your stay, you can be photographed and appear in our brochures, in the collective places of the Campsite or on our website. In case of refusal, you must notify it by registered letter before your arrival.
- GDPR: The individual information collected by Camping du Petit Pont is intended exclusively for its internal use. In compliance with the Law of 06/01/1978 relating to data processing and freedoms and in accordance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, you have a right to access, rectification, opposition, portability and a right to be forgotten concerning the personal information collected concerning you. You can exercise your rights by sending your request by post or email from the Campsite.
- VAT RATE: The rates are inclusive of VAT with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Certain services or others are at the rate of 20%. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a corresponding change in the price including tax, which the Customer accepts without reservation.
