Camping Abijune

Liked: Location of the camping is top. Located in a very relax area in the middle of the country side but at the same time super close to Etretat. People complain about the pool but honestly, it is more than fine.

Could be better: Honestly, the bar/restaurant service is poor. I dont know if it is the lack of personnel, but it took forever to be noticed by the waitress/waiter. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take our order, we decided to leave. Also theis actitud is not friendly. You feel like you are disturbing them. Long faces...

Liked: 2 adults with motorhome. The campsite was well looked after with good sized pitches and very friendly staff.

Could be better: The “sanitary bins” in ladies toilets did not have lids nor are bags provided to put sanitary items in. It was not nice to go into a toilet on some occasions when the bin had been used, especially from a hygiene perspective also when children are around.

Liked: We stayed for one night after arriving in Calais, the camp was lovely and reception were so helpful and welcoming

Liked: Good vibes from the staff as soon as we arrived and great amenities available! Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. I would camp here again if I were back in the area. The staff even went the extra mile to communicate with the VELOTE E-Bike company on our behalf to make sure we got to adventure around the cliffs and countryside of Normandy all afternoon and evening, in the best possible way. Thanks a million!!

Could be better: More power outlets in the bathrooms/shower area would be helpful

Liked: Pitches were super nice, separated with green buushes and flowers. Good facilities and excellent croissants!

Could be better: Showers were not the best, had to wait long for warm water and pressure was low.

Liked: Pool area and restaurant food was excellent Very good value for money too. Paloma was a great waitress

Liked: The location was absolutely stunning, and the bar had a vibrant atmosphere. The staff and fellow patrons were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. It felt like a welcoming community where everyone was eager to connect and share stories. The combination of great surroundings and warm interactions truly made for a memorable visit.

Liked: We liket everything about the place! We’re nice staff, nice pitches and all the services & facilities we need when we travel with our van 🚐🍃

Could be better: Detailed instructions are required for foreigners. Additionally, there was insufficient guidance regarding the room inspection upon checkout.
