Liked: Lovely location and nice pitches

Could be better: We had an issue with the electric hookup. Some boxes were the standard 3 pin type but ours was an older box with a 2 pin. Our adapter didn't quite fit - our neighbour had same proble. Reception wasn't helpful.

Liked: A very pleasant campsite with great sunsets. Nice bar and pool

Could be better: My children wish the pool table was free of charge!

Could be better: Toilet emptying facilities need major up date Emergency contact numbers need displaying Also emergency over contact number on site should you need anyone as other campsite have night security available

Liked: It’s our first time staying at the site and it was cracking campsite in a brilliant location, close to the Normandy sights and near the Ferry port. We will definitely be back.

Liked: We stayed at the site two years ago for a two night stop over before crossing the channel on the way home as part of a Europe tour, the two days wasn't enough, so we decided to include the site this year for longer to end with a relaxing few days before the crossing. The site is quiet, relaxing and very well cared for. The facilities are excellent and the whole atmosphere is amazing. Check in and check out was smooth and easy with polite and charming staff. The restaurant food was very good with a waiter who's customer facing skills were second to non.

Could be better: Maybe cut back some branches on the trees, although the shade was very welcome this year, some higher fans struggled with some of the lower branches.

Could be better: Maybe keep the shower block a bit cleaner? It wasn’t bad but some days the toilets were not as good as they could be

Liked: A fabulous location ! Great facilities, shower and toilets and very clean. The restaurant was superb, delicious food ! The two ladies on reception and on the shop were very helpful

Liked: Fantastic. Couldn't ask for better - very welcoming, very clean, tidy and well looked after. Lots of showers, great large pitches not too close to other tents. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Could be better: Maybe the shop could open earlier?

Liked: We have stayed a few times before and love that it is a very relaxed and tranquil place to totally unwind after a couple of long days travelling before we get the ferry.

Could be better: We would like the camping to be open for Easter so that we can bring our children to explore the Normandy beaches, museums and lovely Calvados area over 7-10 days. We would definitely stay more often then. Maybe just a short period for 2-3 weeks over Easter school holidays would be a big benefit to families that would love to stay.

Liked: Easy nightime access, beautiful surroundings and good facilitites
