Liked: Very relaxed just what was need to recover from an injury.
Could be better: It was like a zoo on Sat however come Sun it was quiet and peaceful.

Good value with ACSI Card
Liked: Private pitch within nature. Location near the citadel. This site is value for money when using ACSI Card, however, it becomes very expensive and not worth it if paying normal rates.
Could be better: Please make the water hot in the showers. Please fill in the potholes on the road which become giant puddles when it rains. Many pitches a long way from electricity bollards

Great access to Neuf-Brisach
Liked: The pitch and location (<15min into the village) were excellent, all the reception staff were very helpful. Many couples with younger Pre-school & senior couples gave a good daytime vibe. Amenities adjoining reception (daily bread service offered) were very clean and stocked with soap & paper. New larger sanitary block hand plenty of sinks & showers but only 2 WC for each gender. Motorhome Service point well placed, at second block with Chem. Waste point in block.
Could be better: Second older sanitary block had no sinks for hand washing (under repair) all ladies (3) toilet paper not checked or refilled. Barrier was not working, so vehicles come and go at all hours. Ground staff drove around on quad bikes way too fast on the gravel track. There was a split group of 5 large caravans, pickups & "Servis" logo'd vehicles on long term pitches. On 2 occasions they played loud bass Trance club music Nt2 (00:00 to 0200) singing loudly. We complained to reception the following day. Nt3, Men returned from night out 23:00 loud "Country & Western" with load singing until 00:00

Liked: Je mag zelf een plekje uitkiezen en de plekken zijn heel ruim. Het was heerlijk rustig. Personeel heel aardig.
Could be better: Douches waren niet in te stellen waardoor het soms heel heet was en soms heel koud. Bij de afwasplekken stond dat er heet water was, maar dat was koud.

Erg slecht! Slechte communicatie!
Liked: Geen bedlinnen bij aankomst, zwembad defect en niet komen met een oplossing. Wij zijn hier direct weggegaan.

A tent, yes, but with a wooden floor, two independent bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), a kitchen and a terrace for a comfortable accommodation, turned towards nature, and nicely matching the surrounding environment.
This accommodation does not have sanitary facilities (common sanitary facilities of the campsite).

This is the ideal accommodation for a stopover during your cycling trip! This unusual canvas and wood tent on stilts has a 7m² sleeping area upstairs (accessible via a staircase) with a double bed (140x190) with blankets and pillows and an electric socket. This tent does not include sanitary facilities (shared campsite sanitary facilities).
