Stays cannot be exchanged or refunded

RENTAL CAMPING PITCH

The camping pitches are rented from 2pm to 12pm.

The site will be released at noon.

Arrival time from 2pm to 7pm - Departure time before noon

It is possible to arrive in the morning on prior request at the reception.

The supplement for arriving in the morning is 4 €. It is possible to stay in the afternoon on prior request at the reception.

The supplement for departure in the afternoon is 6 € (departure limited to 18h maximum)

Whith booking online for stays of more than 2 nights, a deposit of 40% of the basic price of the pitch is payable at the time of booking; the deposit will be deducted from the balance payable on arrival.

* Dogs are allowed (2 dogs maximum per rented space), kept on a leash, they must never be alone on the site and the vigilance of their master concerning their droppings is required. The current vaccination record is to be presented on arrival. Closing of the barriers between 23h00 and 7h00.

Maximum admission : 2 adults + 3 children or 4 adults ; 1 vehicle + 1 lodging per pitch maximum.

If the arrival is delayed or early departure, billing will be done on the total duration of the stay indicated by the customer on the order and the sum will be entirely due to the campsite.

In case of delay, prevent very quickly to hold the reservation. The location will be reserved until exhaustion of the deposit.

In case of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, the deposit will be retained at the campsite.

In case of early departure, no reimbursement possible whatever the reason.

Water, Hot water (hot water showers, sinks and the hot water points) and electricity are included in the rates .

Civil liability insurance or camping license covering the practice of camping is compulsory.

The camper agrees to respect the rules of the campsite.

- Booking a week (7 nights) minimum with arrival and departure on Saturday

- Possibility to stay 10/11 nights with arrival on Saturday and departure on Wednesday or arrival on Wednesday and departure on Saturday

Excluding weekly rental periods it is possible to ask at reception the Supplement Departure after midday for 40 € (limited to 16h maximum)

Vehicle parking near the cottage is included in the rate.

Additional vehicle rate: 3 € / night.

Water, gas, heating and electricity are included in the price.

The tenant confirms the reservation of the rental and undertakes to read and comply with the terms and conditions below :

Article 1: Booking

Booking online / A deposit of 40% of base rental amount + 10 € application fee is due at time of booking (no additional fee will be charged for booking online).

The said deposit will be deducted from the balance payable 14 days before arrival.

The reservation becomes firm and final when the terms and conditions summers were validated by the tenant and the deposit payment received by the owner.

All reservations are confirmed by the owner and the tenant upon his arrival must hold the booking voucher.

There's no extra fees for the booking oneline

If a booking is requested by email, the stay must be paid for in full.

Article 2: Arrival - Departure

Arrival time from 4pm to 7pm, departure time from 9am to 10am.

Arrival times are from 4pm to a maximum of 7pm (no late arrival service).

In the event of non-arrival at the times mentioned, arrival will be postponed to the following day from 8.30am.

A deposit of 150 € is requested upon arrival (print of credit card VISA) and returned if no damage is observed and that the cleanliness is checked.

The cleaning fee in the amount of 60 € will be charged if the rental is not returned in a clean state.

Article 3: State of Play

The rental is planned, Capacity varies according to the type of accommodation rented. If the capacity is exceeded the owner can refuse the additional people (or pets) and break the contract (in this case no refund will be granted).

Article 4: Pets

Pets are accepted (except those of categories 1 and 2 which are not allowed), 2 dogs maximum per rented location, The current vaccination record is to be presented on arrival.

They must be on a leash and never be alone on the site and the vigilance of their master regarding their droppings is required (In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the owner incurs exclusion).

Article 5: Smoking

It's forbidden to smoke inside the chalets.

Article 6: Duration

The rental is concluded for a fixed term, which shall in no circumstances invoke any right to presence in the premises at the end of the service.

Article 7: Responsibility

The tenant is solely responsible for acts of God, cases of major force that could hinder the smooth running of the service.

Article 8: Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the owner:

If the tenant has a cancellation insurance: he consults his insurer

In case of cancellation no amount will be refunded by the owner.

Bookings cannot be amended or exchanged.

In the event of an early departure, no refund will be given, regardless of the reason. 

Article 9: Termination of lease

In case of interruption of the stay by the tenant it will be no refund.

Article 10: Insurance

The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is invited in advance to take out personal insurance.

Please note: the campsite is equipped with automatic gates (entrance and exit) which are closed to vehicles at night from 11pm to 7am. Older vehicles (special number plates), unimogs and other vehicles are not managed by the system: access is not possible outside reception opening hours.
