Great campsite
Liked: I went in September with an Campervan and liked the peace and quiet of the campsite, its proximity to the lake and the places to visit in the area. Also the toilet block was kept very clean all the time. The pitch was large with hedges

Liked: We enjoyed 14 nights at this beautiful site. Everything was perfect. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pitch size was really spacious. Everything was always very clean.

Fabulous campsite!
Liked: This is what a campsite should be. Every detail had been thought about. Emmanuel and his family couldn’t have been more helpful. They clearly enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in doing it to a very high standard. We made a last minute booking and had a lovely pitch with a lake view. Facilities were clean and well thought out. There was a nice range of entertainments and activities put on and excellent services offered. We’d highly recommend!
Could be better: There is only one gate from the campsite to the lake, or you have to walk all the way round the site to get to the lake. The lake is a little green and murky, so not brilliant for swimming however provides a lovely setting for the site.

Peace and quiet by the lake
Liked: Quiet, clean, friendly site. We were in our Motorhome and the pitch was very large and private. We used our paddle board and enjoyed the lake. Nearby Montresor is lovely too. Bread and pastries to order daily. Pizzas looked great too, although we didn’t try one.
Could be better: Would benefit from a cafe/bar. There are a lot of chairs tables and umbrellas in an area by the pool, but they don’t seem to be used.

Petit camping très bien situé
Liked: Camping très bien situé pour visiter les chateaux et le zoo de Beauval. Les mobilhomes sont très espacés. Cadre verdoyant, à proximité du lac. Belles ballades aux alentours. Séjour en septembre. Très bon accueil.

1 / Our services
Pitch
This is a pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome, and the costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets ...) are not included in the package.
Forfait nature: 1 slot for 2 people, a camper or a car with a tent or a caravan.
Forfait confort: Forfait nature + electricity
The rented accommodation
Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, vehicles, access to reception facilities, entertainment and health.
Your accommodation will be returned to the state when you leave.
Key handover
Rentals are rented from 4pm the day of departure before 10am.
2 / Payment of the stay
Terms of payment
All reservation requests from the buyer firm must be in writing and accompanied by:
The remaining balance is payable on your arrival for stays in rental.
3 / Last minute booking
Any bookings made within less than 30 days prior to arrival and must be paid in full by credit card only.
4 / Late arrival and early departure
In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates listed on your voucher, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to a refund for the part of the trip not taken.
5 / No show on the campsite
In case of no show on the campground within 48 hours after the beginning of your stay and without justification and / or news of your arrival, we will have your accommodation. We keep costs under our cancellation policy.
6 / Cancel
Due to the purchaser: All cancellations must be notified by mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt of mail.
For cancellation of a pitch, regardless of the date of receipt, all amounts due to the reservation is successful.
For cancellation of a rental accommodation:
• Less than 28 days before arrival, the total amount of the advance reservation fee and insurance premium, is retained at the campsite.
For a possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance or interruption of stay when booking.
Due to the campsite:
If the site the slopes of the lake is forced to cancel its services rental camping pitch and / or rental accommodation, any contractor who received confirmation of residence will be notified by letter and then a full refund up to the amounts it has paid.
7 / Deposit
For rented accommodation a deposit of 280 euros is required upon arrival (check in 2, € 200 for accommodation, and € 80 for the household), which will be returned at end of stay.
The camp reserves the right to keep part or the total amount in case of damage to the accommodation and its contents and / or equipment on the site.
The campsite also reserve the right to keep the sum of 80 euros to offset the cost of cleaning if it has not been made on departure.
8 / Minors
Unaccompanied minors from their parents are not allowed in the campsite the hills of the Lake with parental permission and provided that registration is carried out by an adult vouching for minors.
9 / Animals
In general, dogs and cats except dogs category 1 and 2, are allowed in the campground.
We require that dogs be leashed in the campsite. Be sure to follow health and the environment of the campsite. The health record must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccines and the certificate of tattoo are required.
10 / Claims
Any complaint as a result of a stay must be made in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 20 days of your stay.
