Nestled in Chemillé-sur-Indrois, at the heart of the "Garden of France," Camping Les Coteaux du Lac offers an enchanted getaway in a preserved natural setting. Bordering a magnificent 35-hectare lake, our 4-star campsite is the preferred destination for those seeking peace, conviviality, and discovery.
A strategic location for your visits
Ideally situated in Touraine, the campsite is the perfect starting point for your regional escapades. In less than 30 minutes, reach the famous ZooParc de Beauval for an unforgettable family day, or set off to discover the jewels of French History with the nearby Loire Valley Châteaux, such as Chenonceau, Amboise, or the medieval city of Loches.
A stay between relaxation and activities
Whether you are a fan of traditional camping on our green pitches or prefer the comfort of our fully equipped mobile homes and chalets, you will enjoy a serene environment by the water. With its heated swimming pool (May to September), leisure activities, and direct access to hiking trails and the lake’s leisure base (open in summer), our estate adapts to all your holiday desires.

A beautiful site
Liked: We enjoyed 14 nights at this beautiful site. Everything was perfect. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pitch size was really spacious. Everything was always very clean.

Fabulous campsite!
Liked: This is what a campsite should be. Every detail had been thought about. Emmanuel and his family couldn’t have been more helpful. They clearly enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in doing it to a very high standard. We made a last minute booking and had a lovely pitch with a lake view. Facilities were clean and well thought out. There was a nice range of entertainments and activities put on and excellent services offered. We’d highly recommend!
Could be better: There is only one gate from the campsite to the lake, or you have to walk all the way round the site to get to the lake. The lake is a little green and murky, so not brilliant for swimming however provides a lovely setting for the site.

Peace and quiet by the lake
Liked: Quiet, clean, friendly site. We were in our Motorhome and the pitch was very large and private. We used our paddle board and enjoyed the lake. Nearby Montresor is lovely too. Bread and pastries to order daily. Pizzas looked great too, although we didn’t try one.
Could be better: Would benefit from a cafe/bar. There are a lot of chairs tables and umbrellas in an area by the pool, but they don’t seem to be used.

Dépaysement complet
Liked: Le confort du chalet, sa propreté et l accueil parfait. J ai aussi apprécié la petite épicerie assez complète. L environnement du camping est idéal pour un séjour reposant. Lac, piscine et calme. Nous sommes aussi très contents de l accueil réservé à nos animaux de compagnie. C est un vrai + à tout le reste.
Could be better: Dommage qu'il n y ait plus eu assez de bracelets à l accueil , car nous avons loupé qq réductions sur quelques sorties. Notamment au Clos Lucé .
