Camping des Etangs

Liked: I liked the proximity to the walks around the lake and the Belgian Shepherd Showground. The site was clean. and well kept. The restaurant was very good.

Could be better: Please tell new arrivals that bakery items (Pain et Croissants) need to be ordered the day before.

Liked: My daughter and I were travelling for 4 weeks in France and found this site as it conveniently broke up our journey for a week. We were joined by friends doing the same. I thought the site looked nice online but in real life it was an absolute gem! Peaceful, but plenty to do; a pool, table tennis, outdoor gym, plenty of walking opportunities and rugby/tennis in the grounds. The town of Aubigny is stunning and walking distance, with small shops, bars and restaurants. The site itself has a restaurant which was excellent value with lovely food. We will definitely be back!

Liked: Super large pitches, very good restaurant and very friendly staff made a very nice stop off on the way home. Beautiful town

Liked: Lively little site, kept near and tidy, great restaurant on site.

Could be better: Toilet hygiene they were dirty no matter what time of day visited.

Liked: Loved everything about this site, beautiful setting and pitches, spotless facilities, excellent restaurant and bar and great most appreciated swimming pool. Lovely staff alsofrom reception to bar to cleaning.

Could be better: Can't think.of any.

Liked: Nice Big Spaces, friendly staff and you Can live when you want.

Could be better: het licht in de douches mag wat langer aanblijven of wel reageren op beweging

Liked: Spacious places with trees for shadow, friendly people, Aubigny-sur-Nère only a walk away for shopping and sightseeing. Clean enough bath rooms with enough room for everything like towels and clothes when showering. Nice restaurant on the camping site and various activities like movie night or donkey riding for kids offered during the week.

Could be better: Sink for washing dishes was sometimes left dirty from previous people. Second somehow older bathroom not as good as the other one (missing hairdryer and paper towels for example)
