About the area
The Gulf of Morbihan is a member of the club the most beautiful bays of the world.

Booking conditions
PITCHES
1 - Registration
All registration must be accompanied by a advance payment of 30% + 20€ of application fees.
2 – Length of stay
Minimum stay requirements may apply depending on the period and availability. Arrivals are made after 14 hours and departures before 12 hours.
3 - Booking
Your reservation is considered final as soon as it has been confirmed by us. You will have to pay the balance on the day of your arrival at the campsite. Any changes must be reported upon arrival.
4 – The number of participants
It may not be modified under any circumstances without the written consent of the Management. The Management reserves the right to refuse these persons, including children.
5 – Cancellation of stay
1. Change to your booking :
Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability. Any modification of the dates of stay must be handwritten and only for the current season. In the absence of a message from you indicating the postponement of your arrival date, the site may be available again for sale 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will lose the benefit of your reservation accordingly.
2. Unused services :
Any stay interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) of your fact will not give rise to a refund.
3. Cancellation of the campsite :
In case of cancellation due to camping, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper :
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (LRAR) at the campsite. The refund of the sums paid will be deducted from the amounts specified below. If the cancellation occurs :
- More than 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit will be kept by the campsite.
- Less than 30 days before the start date of stay: 100% of the amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite.
6 - Deposit
A deposit of €100 (for bare pitches) and €235 (for privileged pitches) will be requested at the beginning of your stay. This deposit includes the breaking of the equipment on the campsite and the cleanliness of the site at your departure (garbage cans, canine droppings, etc.) as well as the loan of equipment (golf clubs, etc.) and compliance with the campsite’s internal regulations. It will be returned to you no later than eight days after your departure, after deduction if necessary. At the end of the stay, the plot must be returned in perfect cleanliness, otherwise the sum minimum of 25€ will be deducted from the deposit.
7 - Pets
Your pet of less than 6 kg is accepted except the dogs of 1st and 2nd category for a fee payable on your reservation. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date and presented on the day of arrival, tattoo required. Under no circumstances should they remain alone on the plot.
MOBIL-HOME
1 - Registration

the reservation may be considered cancelled and the deposit kept.

7 –Pets
Your pet under 6 kg is accepted, depending on the mobil-home model, except for dogs of 1st and 2nd category for a fee payable at the time of booking. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date and presented on the day of arrival, tattoo required. Under no circumstances should they remain alone on the plot or in the mobile home.
GENERAL RULES
1 – Rules of procedure
In order to facilitate the development of your holidays, a rules of procedure is at your disposal at the reception desk. We thank you for reading it and respecting it.
2 – Responsability
SAS SE HARAS is not liable for loss, theft, damage of any kind, during or following a stay. The Directorate is only responsible for items deposited in the office. Civil liability insurance is mandatory.
3 – Tourist tax
Tourist taxes, imposed by the municipalities, are not included in our rates.
4 – V.A.T
Rates are inclusive of VAT with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day the rates were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a consequential change in the TTC price, which the customer accepts without reservation.
5 – Cancellation insurance
Les Jardins du Morbihan campsite offers Cancellation Insurance in your rental contract. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is foreseen in the general conditions (available on site or at the campsite), inform the campsite within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
6 – Aquatic area
Swim shorts and loose clothing are not allowed in our aquatic area.
7 – Picture
You authorize La SAS SE Haras, as well as any person that SAS SE Haras would like to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan in Monterblanc and to exploit the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (especially on the websites or Internet pages of Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan – including facebook -, on the presentation and promotion materials of Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan and will in no way harm your reputation. This authorisation is granted free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
8– Computing and freedom
The information you give us on the occasion of your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by SAS SE Haras. They will only be used by the internal services of Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan, for the processing of your order and to strengthen and customize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of the Camping Les Jardins du Morbihan according to your interests. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to your personal data.
