Beautiful campsite with lovely facilities
Liked: in the woods with large pitches - good facilities and fresh baguettes and pastries every morning. very peaceful - only ten minutes from one of the prettiest beaches with walks along the coastline - hosts were lovely and allowed me to practice my dodgy french but did speak English - guides provided to the area - close to a lovely town which had all the necessary amenities.
Could be better: the electric points could be slightly better positioned as we struggled slightly with even a very long lead

Liked: What a lovely campsite!Very special and friendly staff in reception and in the restaurant Love it’s peace and calm and little crêperie restaurant on site. Nice little shop with basics and excellent morning bread delivery- order before shop closes the afternoon before. Loved the track down to the beach and bike hire - and a boules court.
Could be better: Better hair drying facilities - only one drier available and better lighting in the toilet block at night would be appreciated as the toilet block has shared facilities. Simple door on entrance would avoid the many moths trapped in the lights!

Liked: Lovely shady pitches set out in small groups. Very quiet indeed despite being quite full. Good clean facilities and reception had stocked of handy items and bread was delivered in the morning

Based in the south of the Rhuys Peninsula, between the atlantic coast and Sarzeau’s town center, the campsite 'La ferme de Lann Hoëdic' offers you quality equipment for maximum comfort. Water sports lovers can make the most of the sheltered beach at Le Roaliguen (800m away) accessible on foot or by bike through a shady forest path. If your plans are simply to relax in a natural, calm, and spacious environment, our 7 acre site offers you panoramic views of Suscinio bay with its castle. Your children will be able to discover the mini-farm life as well as making the most of the playgrounds.

East of Vannes on the N165, join the D780 in the direction of Sarzeau. Do not enter Sarzeau. Exit D780 at the ‘Super U’; roundabout south of Sarzeau, following signs for Le Roaliguen. After 1.5km, turn left to Lann Hoedic. Campsite is signed.
The Rhuys Peninsula (Sarzeau), on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, opens its doors to you. Come and enjoy the bird reserve at Duer, take a tour in the Gulf to discover the many islands, walk the coastal paths along large sandy beaches, visit the oyster farms, or spend the day sailing. Off the southern coastline, day trips to Houat, Hoëdic and Belle île is a must for lover of unspoilt nature.
1 - General Sales Conditions
All booking are made in the name of one specific tenant, and can under no circumstances be transferred to another.
Should your arrival be delayed, please inform us : in the absence of a written message or phone call from the tenant explaining that he has had to alter his arrival date, the pitch will be freed 24 hours after the arrival date featured in the booking contract. Payment for the holiday is, in this case, still due to the campsite.
The signed booking form must be accompanied by a bank transfer of 30% of the total sum for mobile homes or 60€ for campsite pitches, which will be deducted from the final balance + booking fee.
The remaining balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival for the mobile home and the day of your arrival for the campsite along with a local tax for the person over 18 years old. .
The deposit will be deducted from the total payment due, but will not be
refunded by the campsite should cancellation occur less than 30 days before the expected date of arrival. The booking fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The Mobile Homes are for a maximum of 6 people. Over 4 people, 30 € will be charged per extra person and per week. Visitors will be charged 1,5 € per person.
The mobile homes should be left in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival. Where this is not the case, the tenant will be asked to pay a sum of 70 € cleaning charges. In line with the article above, a deposit of 70 € is payable by the tenant of a mobile home on the day of arrival.
Any damage done to the accommodation or its equipment will be repaired immediately at the tenant's cost. The inventory drawn up at the end of the holiday should correspond exactly to the one drawn at the beginning: any missing items must be paid by the tenant.
In line with the article above, a damages deposit of 300 € is payable by the tenant of a mobile home on the day of arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure, less any deduction necessary for repair of the accommodation. This deposit does not represent the maximum sum the tenant could be asked to pay, should the repairs prove to be more costly. If you depart before the reception opening hours, the deposit will be sent to you by post after inspection of the accommodation.
Dogs are accepted only if kept on a lead and for an extra fee . You will be asked to present their vaccination certificate at the reception
The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his actions. He is invited to take out a standard insurance-villégiature policy for these various risks.
The tenant must conform to the campsite rules.
Any disputes must be resolved at the Tribunal of Vannes.
2 - Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.).
