About the area
Come to discover La Forêt Fouesnant, the fishing village character.
This charming and authentic Breton village has 3 300 people and covers 18 km ².
Anchored in a rich soil in the shade of fruit trees, facing the open sea, Forest Fouesnant exhales the sweetness of life and usability.
The picturesque gardens of the traditional flowers dot the streets, which entwine the old port and the long sandy beach.
Booking conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Booking
All booking requests must be made using the booking form, duly completed with all the required information.
Any optional services requested must be indicated on the booking form and will be confirmed by the campsite upon processing your reservation.
A booking becomes final only upon receipt of the completed booking form together with a deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost (excluding optional services).
2. Mobile Home Rental
A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost (excluding optional services) is required at the time of booking. This deposit includes a €15 booking fee, which is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Check-in
Low season: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
High season: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you expect to arrive after reception opening hours, you must inform the campsite in advance so that arrangements can be made for your arrival.
Security Deposit
A €260 security deposit (preferably by cheque for French residents) will be required before the keys are handed over.
An inventory and cleanliness inspection will be carried out before departure. A departure inspection appointment must be arranged with reception between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Guests are required to return the accommodation in a clean condition, including:
dishes washed and put away;
refrigerator and cooking appliances cleaned;
bathroom, shower drain and toilet thoroughly cleaned;
floors swept and washed;
rubbish removed and sorted according to the campsite’s recycling policy.
Once the inspection has been approved by the management and no damage or additional cleaning is required, the security deposit will be refunded.
Late arrivals or early departures for personal reasons do not entitle guests to any refund.
Pets
Pets are accepted only in selected accommodation units, subject to prior approval, for an additional charge of €40 per week.
Occupancy
Each accommodation unit is rented on a personal basis. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
3. Pitch Rental
The minimum booking amount is €60 for two nights, including:
€45 deposit;
€10 booking fee, which is non-refundable.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and the deposit.
A booking confirmation will then be sent, specifying the dates of your stay and confirming the reservation of your pitch.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
If you expect to arrive after reception opening hours, you must notify the campsite in advance.
The booking becomes effective from the date stated on the booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
In the event of cancellation:
More than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.
Between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, excluding the booking fee.
Less than 30 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: all amounts already paid will be retained by the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to request payment of the remaining balance in accordance with the booking contract.
5. Additional Information
All guests staying at Camping du Manoir de Penn Ar Ster agree to comply with the campsite’s internal rules and regulations.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard);
Cash.
7. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve any dispute amicably with the campsite operator.
