Lovely peaceful stay
Liked: Good size pitches, Cleanliness, friendly staff, miles of nearby off road cycling. There is also a pizzeria and restaurant.
Could be better: A better on site shop. Warmer pool.

Could be better: Er zijn plekken met heel veel vliegen. Daar zou wat aan gedaan kunnen worden. De vliegen geven geen echte overlast, maar op die plekken (nesten?) zijn er wel heel veel.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern, as a matter of law, all sales of stays made through the website www.moulindecollonge.com.
They form an integral part of any contract entered into between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions prior to making any booking, both on their own behalf and on behalf of all persons participating in the stay.
In accordance with applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of a stay.
They may also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's registered office.
Article 2 – Booking Conditions
2.1 Prices and Payment
The prices of stays are stated in euros, including VAT. Customers are reminded that the tourist tax is not included in the stated prices.
For camping pitch bookings:
All bookings are made in the name of the customer and may not be transferred to another person.
The booking only becomes effective once confirmed by us and upon receipt of the full amount due for the stay, together with the booking fee.
For accommodation bookings:
All bookings are made in the name of the customer and may not be transferred to another person.
The booking only becomes effective once confirmed by us and upon receipt of the full amount due for the stay, together with the booking fee.
In the event of a delayed arrival that has not been notified to us, the accommodation/pitch will remain available for 12 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking confirmation.
After this period, and in the absence of written notification, the booking will be deemed cancelled and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.
2.2 Changes to Bookings
No refund or reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking that has not been paid in full in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions will be cancelled.
In the event of cancellation 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, an amount equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay, plus booking fees, will be retained or will remain payable.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be retained or remain payable.
2.4 Right of Withdrawal
The statutory provisions relating to the right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling, as provided for by the French Consumer Code, do not apply to tourism services*
(Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Accordingly, for any booking of a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. This insurance provides cancellation cover allowing you, subject to certain conditions, to obtain reimbursement of amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates:
Camping pitch: percentage based on the amount of the service booked
Mobile home accommodation: percentage based on the amount of the service booked
Article 3 – Conduct of the Stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Camping: arrivals are from 1:30 p.m. onwards and departures must take place before 12:00 noon, on any day of the week.
Accommodation: arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. onwards and departures must take place before 10:00 a.m., on any day of the week.
3.2 Deposit / Security Deposit
No security deposit will be requested on the day of arrival.
However, any damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment will be charged in addition to the price of the stay. Cleaning fees will also be charged if the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition.
3.3 Departure
The return of keys after 10:00 a.m. or the vacating of a camping pitch after 12:00 noon will result in the charge for an additional night's stay.
Any extension of the stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pets
Pets are permitted inside the rental accommodation. A nightly fee applies to each pet, depending on the period of stay.
The presence of pets also incurs the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee.
3.5 Campsite Rules and Regulations
As required by law, you must comply with our internal rules and regulations, which have been filed with the local prefecture, displayed at reception, and a copy of which will be provided upon request.
Article 4 – Liability
The Campsite shall not be held liable for any damage suffered by campers' or caravaners' equipment resulting from circumstances attributable to the campers themselves.
Insurance covering your equipment under civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their application shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal judiciaire or the Commercial Court (Tribunal de commerce) of Chalon-sur-Saône, as applicable.
