GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – EVANATURE – 2026

Booking of accommodation or “tourism” pitches by private individuals

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROVIDER

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”) apply to tourist rental services offered under the EVANATURE brand, including in particular the following establishments:

• Camping des Combrailles
• Camping La Clairière
• Gîtes de la Vallée

Each establishment is operated by its own legal entity.

The full legal information (company name, address, SIREN number, telephone number, email address, website) is specified:

• on the website of the relevant establishment,
• in the rental contract,
• or in the booking confirmation email.

In these GTC, the term “Provider” refers to the EVANATURE establishment with which the booking is made.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Order / Booking / Rental: purchase of the Services offered by the Provider.

Services: seasonal rental of accommodation or bare pitches for tourist purposes.

Accommodation: tent, caravan, leisure mobile home, light leisure dwelling, chalet, gîte, or any other accommodation offered by an EVANATURE establishment.

Customer: any non-professional natural person making a booking.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These GTC apply, without restriction or reservation, to any booking of Services made with an establishment operating under the EVANATURE brand, by non-professional customers, regardless of the booking method used (website, telephone, mail, email or on-site booking).

They do not apply to “leisure” contracts relating to the long-term installation of leisure mobile homes, which are subject to specific contracts.

The essential characteristics of the Services are presented on the website of the relevant establishment or on any written document communicated to the Customer.

The Customer must read them before placing any Order.

The choice and purchase of the Services are the Customer’s sole responsibility.

These GTC prevail over any other conditions, except for specific conditions expressly accepted in writing by the Provider.

The version applicable is the one in force on the date the Order is placed.

ARTICLE 3 – BOOKINGS

The Customer selects the Services they wish to book via the website of the relevant establishment or by any other means offered by the Provider.

The booking becomes firm and final after:

• acceptance of these GTC,
• receipt of the signed rental contract or online validation,
• payment of a minimum deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay.

A booking confirmation is sent to the Customer by email or by post.

Any booking is personal, nominative and non-transferable.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

The Services are provided at the prices in force at the time of booking, as displayed on the website or communication materials of the relevant establishment.

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).

Prices do not include:

• tourist tax,
• any ancillary fees (management fees, options, additional services).

An invoice is issued and provided to the Customer at the latest when the balance is paid.

4.1 Tourist tax

Tourist tax, collected on behalf of local authorities, is calculated per person and per night.

It is payable in addition and is shown separately on the invoice.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Deposit

A minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.

It constitutes a down payment against the total price.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, except in the cases provided for in Article 7.

5.2 Balance

The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.

5.3 Failure to pay

In the event of non-payment within the deadlines, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking.

ARTICLE 6 – PROVISION OF SERVICES

Arrival and departure times are specified by each EVANATURE establishment and communicated at the time of booking.

Accommodation and pitches are intended for a maximum number of persons.

Any excess may result in refusal of access or additional charges.

Accommodation must be returned clean and in good condition.

Failing this, a fixed cleaning fee and/or repair costs may be charged.

6.1 Security deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the type of accommodation.

Its amount and conditions are specified by the relevant establishment.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION, INTERRUPTION, MODIFICATION BY THE CUSTOMER

No discount will be granted in the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show.

7.1 Modification

Any request for modification is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

7.2 Cancellation

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the Provider.

7.3 Exceptional circumstances

In the event of administrative closure or government restrictions preventing the stay, the refund or credit-note procedures will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force.

ARTICLE 8 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer undertakes to comply with the establishment’s internal rules.

8.1 Insurance

The Customer must be covered by civil liability insurance.

8.2 Animals

Domestic animals may be accepted under the conditions specific to each establishment.

ARTICLE 9 – PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS – WARRANTY

The Provider guarantees the conformity of the Services provided and undertakes to remedy any defect reported within a reasonable time.

The Provider’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid.

ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed in accordance with the regulations in force.

The Customer has rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion of their data.

ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, visuals, logos and texts of EVANATURE websites are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW – LANGUAGE

These GTC are governed by French law.

They are drafted in French. In the event of translation, only the French version shall prevail.

ARTICLE 14 – DISPUTES – MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be seized in accordance with ordinary law.
