Camping de la Haute Sioule

Liked: I was camping here for 5 nights with 3 teenage kids and we absolutelly loved it! Freedom to camp on any spot you like, toilets & showers cleaned throughout the whole day = they were always clean, morning delivery of pastry, playgrounds & sport area to entertain even older kids. The place is a family-run business and 2 brothers are super attentive to any need you might have. I totally loved their evening cooking (always 1 meal, something local, very tasty) with a nice glass of wine. There are many hikes and bicycle routes around, also nice villages, parc naturel des volcanos is just beautiful!

Could be better: I would put a small wall covering the pisoar area. It must be a bit discusting for people in nearby chalets, sitting on the terrace, watching men there...

Liked: Wonderful pitch overlooking Puy du Dome. Friendly welcome and breakfast baguette collection. Quiet. Good value. Lovely auberge for dinner a short walk away. Showers and toilets great

Could be better: Water around toilet waste drain wasn’t working.

Liked: Great view of Puy de Dome, we chose a pitch in the shade as it was very hot. Helpful staff and friendly bar on site. We hope to return soon.

Could be better: None!

Liked: A friendly , family run campsite , perfectly located for exploring hikes and villages of the beautiful Auvergne. Walking distance to well stocked village shop - no need to go to a big supermarket.

Liked: Very relaxed.

Liked: Très bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance conviviale (soirée truffade), les services (boulangerie, recharge voiture électrique), l'emplacement et les sanitaires toujours propres.

Could be better: Une borne électrique serait appréciable

Liked: Camping très agréable à vivre et à taille humaine en cœur des volcans d’Auvergne.

Could be better: Pour les séjours d’une semaine, manque un peu d’activité pour les enfants. Par exemple une piscine, et là le séjour serait top.

Liked: Camping chaleureux, familial et simple

Liked: camping très calme, verdoyant, très bien équipé. de beaux emplacement suffisamment grand et à l'ombre de beaux arbres. une réception au top pour tout

Could be better: De vrais miroirs ( mais vraiment un détail)
