Brilliant place to stay as a family!
Liked: We booked 4 nights and stayed for 8! The campsite is lovely and quiet with the most stunning views on the sunny pitches. Great access for walking and biking of all kinds, lovely little markets in Autrans and Meaudre, gorgeous waterfalls and swims at Pont en Royan. The pastries are delicious too! Just a brilliant place to stay! All of the staff were so kind and helpful - we have had such a lovely stay - thank you!
Could be better: It was a shame that kids were not allowed to play in the playpark after 7pm. If they could play at their own risk after 7pm that would be super.

Liked: Everything is in the title. From the moment we arrived we thought we were in a special place. the campsite was welcoming and well run and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

Liked: The fabulous open views to rocky mountains and valleys. Really well maintained site with lovely owners. Very clean facilities. Bread delivery every morning and luckily our stay included a night when you could order a takeaway pizza - homemade and delicious.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all bookings and sales of stays made through the website www.camping-les-eymes.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions prior to making any booking, both on their own behalf and on behalf of all persons participating in the stay.
In accordance with applicable French law, these General Terms and Conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of a stay. They may also be obtained upon simple written request sent to the campsite's registered office.
Article 2 – Booking Conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The prices of stays are stated in euros and include VAT. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the stated price.
Camping pitch bookings:
All bookings are made in the customer's name and may not be transferred or assigned to another person. The booking only becomes effective once it has been accepted by the campsite and after receipt of the full amount due for the stay and the booking fees.
Accommodation bookings:
All bookings are made in the customer's name and may not be transferred or assigned to another person. The booking only becomes effective once it has been accepted by the campsite and after receipt of the full amount due for the stay and the booking fees.
For both accommodation and camping pitches, the balance must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival date.
If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
In the event of an unreported late arrival, the accommodation or pitch will remain available for 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking confirmation.
After this period, and in the absence of any written notification, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit paid will be retained by the campsite management.
2.2 Changes to bookings
No reduction or refund will be granted in the event of a delayed arrival or an early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking for which the balance has not been paid in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions will be cancelled.
For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, only 30% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the full balance of the stay remains due.
2.4 Right of withdrawal
The statutory provisions relating to the right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling under the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourist accommodation services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Consequently, for any booking of a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
2.6 Cancellation insurance
We offer you the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance when making your booking.
Meetch provides insurance cover, without an excess, for cancellations, late arrivals and interruptions of stay.
Reimbursement within 48 hours.
The policy includes 30 types of cover, including:
Social unrest
Transport strikes
Professional reasons (refusal of paid leave, dismissal, transfer, etc.)
Personal reasons (adoption, separation, theft of documents, accident, etc.)
Medical reasons (illness, death, medical contraindication, etc.)

The cost of the cancellation insurance is 4.5% of the total amount of the stay.
Article 3 – Stay Conditions
3.1 Arrivals and departures
For accommodation bookings, arrivals are possible from 4:00 p.m. and departures must take place before 10:00 a.m., on any day of the week.
For camping pitches, arrivals are possible from 2:00 p.m. and departures must take place before 12:00 noon.
3.2 Security deposit
A security deposit of €150 per accommodation will be requested on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, during reception opening hours, following an inspection of the accommodation.
The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as will cleaning costs if the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition.
If you are unable to be present for the inspection, the security deposit will be returned to you by post.
3.3 Departure
The return of the keys after 12:00 noon, or the release of a camping pitch after 12:00 noon, will result in the charge of an additional night's stay.
Any request to extend a stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles
Charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited on camping pitches and at accommodation units, including by using electrical sockets provided for normal use during the stay.
It is strictly forbidden to connect a vehicle to any electrical socket located inside or near a mobile home, chalet, camping pitch or any other campsite facility, including by means of an extension cable or adapter.
This prohibition is intended to ensure the safety of guests and the campsite's electrical installations, and to prevent electricity consumption that is not included in the price of the stay.
The campsite provides, subject to availability and its facilities, a dedicated slow-charging solution for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
Charging is billed at €0.35 including VAT per kWh consumed, based on the actual consumption recorded by the charging system.
Use of this charging facility is subject to availability and to the operating conditions communicated by the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend access to the charging facility in the event of technical requirements, insufficient capacity or safety concerns.
Any charging carried out outside the designated charging facility may result in the corresponding electricity consumption being charged to the customer and, where applicable, additional charges related to any intervention or damage to the campsite's electrical installations.
3.5 Pets
Pets are permitted in the accommodation units subject to certain conditions.
Article 4 – Liability
The campsite accepts no liability for any damage to camping or caravanning equipment caused by the customer themselves.
Adequate liability insurance covering your camping or caravanning equipment is mandatory (e.g. FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French court.
