GENERAL CONDITIONS
To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and good order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these rules. The fact of staying on the site of Camping Le Bas Larin implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one may elect domicile.
Upon arrival, you must present yourself at the reception desk with your booking confirmation and your identity document in order to complete the MANDATORY registration formalities. Any change that may result in a change in the amount of the stay must be reported upon arrival. In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the customer, this contract will be automatically terminated and the amounts paid will remain with the campsite.
All campers must have valid civil liability and fire insurance during their stay.

POLICE FORMALITIES
Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be admitted. Pursuant to Article R611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have the foreign client fill out and sign an individual police report as soon as they arrive.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
All rentals are nominative and may not under any circumstances be sold or rented. Bookings can be made by email or phone, but confirmation must be given in writing (signing of the contract and payment of the deposit) within 7 days of the booking request. After this period, the option will be cancelled without notice and without recourse for the client.
PROVIDING THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY to facilitate your access-
The head of household undertakes to declare all participants in the stay (including babies). Otherwise, the campsite reserves the right to terminate the rental contract without notice or compensation.
The pitches are in compliance with the legislation in force on the campgrounds.
The location’s situation is determined according to the requirements of our schedule. We will take your wishes into account as far as possible.
For your safety, wearing a wristband is mandatory throughout your stay.
Each participant staying on the campsite undertakes to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Upon receipt of the signed contract and the deposit payment, we will send you a booking confirmation, depending on the available places.
CAMPING VEHICLE REGISTRATION indicated on the reservation -
Arrival from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Departure from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Any parcel not cleared at 12 p.m. will result in an automatic billing of €35 per quarter hour exceeded.
RENTALS VEHICLE REGISTRATION indicated on the reservation -
Arrival from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Departure from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.-
Any rental not vacated at 10 a.m. will result in an automatic billing of €35 per quarter hour exceeded.
Any late arrival (limited to 9 p.m.) must be reported before 6 p.m. so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival on site.
Maximum capacity and visitors
Only registered persons are allowed to occupy the accommodation or pitch allocated to them. We will not be able to accept more people than the capacity of the rental or bare pitch indicates (including children and babies)
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families who arrive with a number of people exceeding the capacity of the rental or camping pitch. Anyone other than registered users will be considered a visitor (see conditions below).
RENTAL DEPOSIT
Upon your arrival, a deposit of €250 to €500 (per credit card imprint) will be requested and returned within 8 days after your departure, minus any restoration fees and the value of missing or damaged equipment. (except for disputes regarding the inventory of fixtures, in which case the deposit will only be returned after a minimum period of 15 days. An inventory is at your disposal in the rental unit and you have 4 hours to come to the reception to report any failure, anomaly, or malfunction of the device.
This deposit includes - €70 for the household, which will be returned ONLY if the rental is ready to be rerented IMMEDIATELY, either: floor swept and washed throughout the rental, gas cleaned including burners, defrosted refrigerator cleaned and NOT REQUIRING THE INTERVENTION OF A CLEANING LADY.
- €8 for any loss of a housing key.
-€50 per animal if, during the stay and/or upon return of accommodation, the animal has caused damage, or even, after a single warning (if the managers remind you to keep on a leash or collect excrement or untimely barking).
A global settlement covering all deposits may be made.
CAMPING DEPOSIT
Any booking of more than 3 pitches or accommodation by the same person or by different persons but who know each other and move together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered as a group. Our accommodations are EXCLUSIVELY for individual clients. For any group reservation, please contact us by phone or email. We reserve the right to examine the request before accepting or rejecting it.
A deposit of €180 will be required and may be collected in case of unreasonable and repeated noise caused on the site (one deposit per pitch and/or housing, in addition to the main deposit mainly concerning material goods). In case of expulsion before the end of your stay, this will not be refunded.

REPORT OF THE LOCATIONS
The inventory of fixtures is done by you on the day of arrival. You are required to report any discrepancies within 4 hours of arrival; a checklist is provided by email before your arrival, which must be printed out by you.
The inventory of fixtures will be carried out by our hygiene team; you will be charged €70 if the state of cleanliness is deemed inadmissible or for any breakage, deterioration, or loss.
RATES
The prices are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. Stays will be charged according to the rates in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite.
CANCELLATION OF STAY
In all cases of cancellation, the processing and management fees will remain vested in the Service Provider, while the cancellation insurance costs (if taken out) and the deposit also paid will remain vested in the Service Provider.
In the absence of cancellation insurance, deductions will be made on amounts already paid or due according to the following terms: Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount will be withheld.
Cancellation at 30 days or less of arrival: the entire stay is due.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
Cancellation insurance is not included in the price, it is optional, payable at the time of registration and cannot be added later. You will receive the general terms and conditions of the cancellation insurance upon subscription.
TRAFFIC AND BARRIER LOCKING (detection of vehicle plates and code)
The communication of the code to people who are not registered at the campsite triggers sanctions and immediate expulsion of the person(s) who acted in this way – without any financial recourse for a shortened or even unstarted stay – COMPLIANCE WITH THE ESSENTIAL ACCESS RULES.
Speed is limited to 10 km/h. Parking is prohibited on roads and access roads. Only one vehicle is included in the price per pitch. Any additional vehicles must pay the current rate. Vehicles must IMPERATIVELY be parked on the plot or in the assigned parking spaces upon your arrival. It is forbidden to park your vehicle on the neighbor’s pitch even if it appears unoccupied. The locking of the barriers is done at midnight in the evening until 08:00 in the morning. Similarly, people staying on the campsite must not use their vehicle to go to the bar or another location. The only vehicles authorized to circulate in case of need are those of the personnel of the campsite or emergency services (fire brigade, ambulances, medical services). Families of campers returning to the campsite after 11:00 p.m. must return to their pitch or rental as discreetly as possible so as not to disturb the holidaymakers' sleep. When a holidaymaker disturbs or causes nuisance to other residents, he may be immediately terminated without compensation.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electrical terminal is available on the campsite, see condition at reception. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to load your vehicle outside the space provided for this purpose-
HYGIENE – DEGRADATIONS
We ask you to respect the trees, plantations and floral decorations and to ensure the cleanliness of the campsite by not throwing away any household waste, waste of any kind or parterre paper; these must be placed in the bins or containers made available to you. The drying of the laundry will be done in a dryer.

BLOCKS - SANITARY FACILITIES and FOUNTAINS
We kindly ask you to respect the rules of hygiene and to leave these premises in a clean state. Parents must accompany and supervise young children in the sanitary facilities. The toilet block (except for toilets) is exclusively reserved for our campers. Guests occupying a rental equipped with individual sanitary facilities must use it for the comfort of the campers. Water is not a toy!
SECURITY – NOISE
For your safety, the establishment is under video surveillance and you may be photographed during your stay. These photos can be used on the website. LAW 95-73 OF 21/01/1995. Authority responsible for the right of access to images: CAMPING LE BASLARIN. Terms of access at Camping Le Baslarin: Tel: 06-76-59-42-38. If you do not wish to be photographed, please state your refusal in writing at the time of booking.
The Management declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, exchange, damage or degradation of any kind during or following a stay, as well as in case of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment.
Wood and charcoal fires are strictly FORBIDDEN on the entire campsite. ONLY, gas stoves kept in good working condition must be used. A collective charcoal barbecue is at your disposal, close to the snack bar, thanking you for following the cleaning and use process. It remains tolerated except on days with wind, strong heat, or prefectural orders. The use of barbecues is strictly prohibited.
Campground users must avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors, sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures must be as discreet as possible. RESPECT THE SILENCE AND TRANQUILITY OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. Total silence FROM MIDNIGHT TO 07:00 -
CHILDREN
They are placed under the care of their parents who are criminally and civilly responsible for the acts and damages that could cause when they use the games or the infrastructure made available to them. They must be accompanied by adults to the toilets, the pool, the slide and the trampoline, as well as to the playgrounds.
REGULATIONS FOR PLAYGROUNDS – SWIMMING POOL-
Children must always be under parental supervision.
The pool is strictly reserved for people staying on the campsite. They must be provided with their bracelet provided at reception and during business hours. Wearing shorts or swim trunks is STRICTLY prohibited. It is mandatory to go through the footbath and under the shower before entering the pools. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat, drink, run, jump, dive or enter the aquatic area with your shoes.
Animals, pneumatic mattresses, boat and parasol are prohibited. Before going to the pool, you must read the notice board. It is forbidden to swim with a t-shirt (unless otherwise agreed by management). Wearing the burkini is also prohibited. Enclosures are forbidden. Failure to follow instructions results in immediate expulsion from the water area.
OFFERS
Offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined.
WIFI ACCESS
The snack bar and reception are free access points.
ANIMALS
At the entrance, the tattoo card and the vaccination certificate must be presented. Only small animals are accepted in the rentals (unless otherwise agreed by the management). Dogs of category 1 and 2 are STRICTLY prohibited on the campsite. Dogs and other animals must not be free, or even locked up at the campsite, in the absence of their owners who are civilly liable for them. In no case should they be tied to trees or left alone. Their hygienic walks will take place outside the campsite or at TOUTOUPARK.
The animals belonging to the campsite are under enclosure and supervision- FORBIDDEN TO ENTER THE enclosures OR/AND TO FEED THEM.
VISITOR FEES
No visitors are allowed on the campsite - Our services are reserved for our campers and residents.
PAYMENT FOR THE STAY
Payment can be made by credit card, cash, holiday vouchers or ANCV connect. The balance of the payment must be made 30 days before the arrival date. No refund will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure. In case of cancellation of the stay, the amounts paid will remain acquired at the campsite (except for subscription to cancellation insurance). No reservation can be transferred to a third party.
At the end of each stay, an invoice will be automatically issued and no duplicate can be published. It is appropriate for the lessee to make the necessary arrangements in this regard.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality / communitý of municipalities, is not included in the rates. The amount is determined per person per day and varies depending on the destination. It is payable at the time of payment for the Service and appears separately on the invoice.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
Activities related to the organization and sale of stays or excursions on a specific date or during a specified period are not subject to the withdrawal period applicable to distance and off-premises sales, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. Thus, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal.
DISPUTES
All disputes to which the purchase and sale operations concluded under these general terms and conditions of sale could give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, their termination, consequences and follow-up that could not be resolved between the Service Provider and the Client shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
The Customer is informed that in any case of dispute, he may resort to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution.
He may, in particular, have recourse free of charge to the following Consumer Ombudsman:

The Customer acknowledges having been informed, prior to placing their Order, in a clear and understandable manner, of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all the information and data referred to in articles L 111-1 to L111-7 of the Consumer Code, In addition to the information required under the Order of 22 October 2008 on prior consumer information regarding the characteristics of rental accommodation in outdoor hotels, and in particular:
- the essential characteristics of the Services, given the communication medium used and the Services concerned
- the price of the Services and related costs;
- information relating to the Service Provider’s identity, their postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and their activities, if they are not clear from the context;
- information relating to legal and contractual guarantees and their implementation procedures; the functionalities of digital content and, where applicable, its interoperabilitý ;
- the possibilitý of resorting to conventional mediation in case of dispute;
- information relating to the terms of termination and other important contractual conditions.
The fact that a natural person (or legal entity) orders on the website https://www.campings baslarin.com/ implies full adherence to and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which is expressly acknowledged by the Customer, who waives, in particular, to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the Provider
VIOLATIONS OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE
In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice from the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on law enforcement.
