Handover fast, friendly and efficient. Russell explained all the functionality and we were quickly away. The campervan is a handsome, high spec model, beautifully easy to drive. We took it the Green Man festival and it was brilliant to go back whenever we wanted a rest, doze away the beer then get back onsite refreshed. We had a query on our first evening about the location of plug sockets and Russell responded almost instantly.

We borrowed the gloriously red VW Ernest for a family weekend away, all was as described and we had a fabulous time. Yvette was brilliantly quick on any communication and the van has been kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay, even including fairy lights and a welcome pack to make the stay even more enjoyable. We would heartily recommend Yvette and her van!

Ross was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took his time when handing over the van, showing me everything and making sure I was happy and comfortable with how everything worked. When I had a mishap with the key, which was ultimately found, Ross was really reassuring and helpful throughout, making sure I was okay and that everything was sorted. He was just as relaxed and helpful when we returned the van, taking his time and making the whole process very easy. The van itself is lovely and had everything we needed. It was a great home for a very rainy week, giving us a cosy place to shelter when the Scottish weather did its thing! I’d definitely recommend Ross and the van.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. John was super friendly, responsive and showed us everything we needed to know. The van, Sugihara (Sugi) was a dream and we completely fell in love on day 1. Very soft suspension means you have to take bumps very carefully, and she can take a little while to get to speed on motorways, but is a very smooth drive, narrow enough to feel similar to driving a regular car and full of character. Additionally, the hob, sink, fridge and toilet all meant we had all the utilities we needed. If this would be your first experience driving a campervan; the width, and the fact it's an automatic, makes this a very good choice. On a trip up to Glencoe and back, the van was almost like a 5th member of the group and we'd be delighted to book both her, and with John, again in future!

It’s a great motorhome, almost like new. V comfy and v clean on pick up. Kelly was v responsive and handover was clear. Perfect trip around Cornwall. Would definitely hire again!
