Echo took my wife and I and our little dog on an amazing 6 week trip around Europe. We took the channel tunnel into France, Belgium - (Bruges), Luxembourg, Germany - (Trier, Koblenz, Berlin), Poland - (Wraclow, Tatrzanski park), Slovakia - (Bratislava), Austria - (Vienna), Slovenia - (Ljubljana), Croatia for a week along the coast, Italy for 2 weeks - (Venice, then to the west passing the leaning tower of Pisa), Then through North of Italy (Lake Como, Switzerland - (lake Lugano). France for a few days then back home. Amazing. 👌 Steve is so friendly and was great to do an in-depth run through of how the van works, any tips and tricks and very generous to offer some of his additional camping equipment that might come in handy along the way. He also answered any queries we had promptly. Echo has everything you need for a long or short trip. We had never done anything like this before but we were quick to get into a routine of arriving at campsites, pitching up, chilling, cooking dinner, getting ready for bed, breakfast etc. We stayed in some places just overnight and hit the road again the next morning, then other times we stayed at the same campsite for a few days. Most campsites around Europe have facilities to complement the van - things like laundry and dish washing facilities, serviced toilets and showers, shops for supplies. Most even had restaurants, bars, swimming pools, playgrounds, beach access, tennis, football, mini golf, the list is endless. An amazing trip which hopefully we can do again in the future.

First time hiring a motorhome to test it out with our 3 children. It was the best 5 days of our lifes everything we wanted and more, the van was spotless top to bottom and brilliant to drive plenty room for the five of us we are already planning to book for next year. Alan was super friendly when we did the handover explained everything to me before i left.

Amazing! From start to finish. Communication fab. Went for a wedding in Scotland and made the half term into an adventure. First time with a motorhome, was very impressed. From the basics of tea and coffee to a toaster and kettle, everything was taken care of. Diana sent a message half way through the week to check in and I knew if we had any issues at all, I could message or call. Handles amazingly and everything is simple to use. Had an issue regarding the gas (on way back no one had any to refill) but Diana was very accommodating and sorted this out with us. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a great family adventure. Can’t wait to return and book again for another fab holiday. Thank you Diana!

Wow - what an amazing trip we had in Sparkey! Contact with the owner was brilliant, nothing was too much for them and they were even happy to meet us prior to the rental so I could see 'Sparkey' before picking her up. Being able to keep our van pick in a secure compound while we rented Sparkey was a massive bonus, even giving us an earlier pick time as there wasn't anyway before us which was hugely helpful. Jessica and her husband spent over an hour going through how everything works (maybe the previous renter wasn't listening as all was covered then!). It was so cosy and everything we needed was included - just need towels and clothes. I slept with my 2 children (11 and 14) on the big double bed at the back and my husband had the front bed. It worked really well - and any questions we had during the trip were answered quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sparkey - in fact we are already planning our next trip! Really special memories - happy camping! :-)

Dale was really helpful with the handover of the campervan (Ronnie), explaining everything so we knew what to do and how things worked. This was our first motorhome experience and Ronnie was in great condition. Very clean and easy to drive. We took our son on the first part of our trip and the third berth worked well for us. Great experience all round.

Driving on the left and shiting a 6 speed manual was a real challenge, but with my wife navigating and me focused on the road, we mastered it. The bed was super comfortable and at 6 ft/1 inch I could fully stretch out. The diesel heater came in very handy, along with the frig and other equipment. Stephen did a masterful job in designing and constructing his van ""Contour "

Lovely friendly owners, handover was smooth and informative. We had a short trip to north lakes but a lovely comfortable one. We will definitely be hiring this out again.

Danny is superbly-equipped, with all we needed for an off-grid campsite stay. The spot was located in North Devon (Mortehoe) just off the costal path. Danny's interior is really well-considered, with ample space for the practical driving/sleeping/cooking, but also a chill out zone daybed, for relaxing and quiet time! Handovers and comms went smoothly with Hugh, whose instructional videos and prompt messaging were key to providing a comprehensive overview yet staggering certain info for when it was really required e.g. video on how to unlock storage box. On the driving-side of things, I hadn't driven a Vito previously, so Hugh kindly provided a tutorial on his clutch; if you're an inexperience van driver, I'd recommend practising a few hill starts to gain confidence before setting off. Happy adventuring with intrepid Danny!

Paul was a great host, friendly and informative. We had a smooth handover. The Adria was a fantastic van, everything and more for exploring Scotland. The pop top was a great addition. We would definitely hire off Paul again. A great experience.
