Anna was a great host from pick up to drop off. The van is really well set up for 4 and she has thought of everything in the conversion. All features are super well maintained and clean. The offer of the pick up and drop off to the station was also greatly appreciated. Would highly reccomend August 2026

Absolutely awful experience. Anna tried to dishonestly claim that we had caused physical damage 18 hours after the camper van was returned, inspected and reported by herself to have no visible damage, while at the same time withholding our deposit. The accused damage was cosmetic and had absolutely nothing to do with us, but the result of poor paintwork. She also requested that we paid her a cash late penalty fee for dropping the camper back 1 hour late, which we later learnt is strictly prohibited by Goboony. The whole experience has put us off ever renting a camper van again! The fact that people can be so dishonest is absolutely sickening! August 2026

Anna was very helpful & did a great handover so we knew how everything worked. Her van is really well set up with attention to small detail. It was perfect for what we wanted to do which was a short trip. And Anna was really flexible about timings which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend! March 2026
