As first time motorhome users we couldn’t have been more happy with our experience. Trevor is an exceptional host with a very thorough process to put his customers mind at ease in terms of communication and checking in and out of the van. The van itself has everything you need to be comfortable and self sufficient while travelling and a lot of thought has gone into what is provided. A well stocked van in terms of utilities and a comfortable ride and sleeping experience helped to enhance the experience. We would 100% recommend both the van and the host and will return to hire this van in the future. July 2026

We booked Ron for the 11 July for a week, we have never done anythink like a motorhome holiday before so was a bit apprehensive as what to expect, the handover with trevor was brilliant he went through all we needed to know with helpful hints as where to go as we mentioned that we where heading up to Scotland, the motorhome was spotless and everythink we needed and more, Trevor was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure you would enjoy your experience. Surprisingly homely and comfortable for our first experience of a motorhome. Trevor the owner was extremely informative and helpful at both handover and return. So pleased we decided on a motorhome option as opposed to camping for our trip July 2026

Just back from an unforgettable trip around the NC500 in Ron. The motorhome was comfortable, easy to drive, and had everything we needed for 10 days exploring the Highlands. We covered a lot of miles and the motorhome handled the route brilliantly throughout. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our adventure. Trevor was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly before we set off, which made us feel completely confident as first-time motorhome travellers. We’ve made some amazing memories and would highly recommend Ron to anyone considering a motorhome trip. May 2026

We had a wonderful time touring Northumberland and southern Scotland for 7 nights in Alma. Easy to drive, and and with around 30mpg not too thirsty. Alma was clean and tidy with plenty of equipment. Large comfortable bed, perfectly adequate shower, toilet and stove. You will go through a bit of gas if you're staying off grid in cold periods as we did, but that has to be balanced against the price of campsites these days. There were one or two issues, but Trevor was available straight away on the phone and everything was sorted quickly. Can't fault Trevor or Alma, and we'll be hiring from him again later this year.
