What a fantastic time we had in Allan and Michelle’s motorhome! Communication with Allan was brilliant, he was on hand to help with any little query, and collection/drop off was super easy. Thank you Allan & Michelle, we had a really great time away in your Motorhome. All was fully explained by Allan upon collection. They were also happy to support us with any issues, questions we asked throughout our trip. Also upon returning, we were given a warm welcome and the hand back process was simple. I would recommend this as an example of what should happen throughout the rental period. I would definitely return to Allan & Michelle again, for another “ adventure”. My partner and I hired Allan and Michelle’s motorhome for 5 days for a wedding in Wales in May. We had the best time!! We were able to bring our Labrador with us too which was so lovely! We had everything we needed but Allan and Michelle were on the end of the phone if we needed anything/had any questions! Will definitely be hiring again in the future! Thanks for a great holiday!! We had a perfect trip with our dogs in the motor home Really comfortable and easy to drive with a lot of added extras The shower was really good and the bed comfortable Will use the motor home again for trips around the uk May 2022

This was a great motor home; we had a fantastic bank holiday relaxing in it. All communication was prompt and the handover was thorough; Alan and Michelle made us feel very welcome and comfortable with the “van”. The van was spotless and the towels and a made up bed were a real bonus; a cream tree was a lovely touch! A text from Alan while we were away to check we were happy and had no questions was reassuring too. Will definitely look to book this van again soon- thank you Alan and Michelle. April 2022

The booking process was easy and contact with the owners was smooth and informative throughout the hire process, including (and very importantly!) once we had collected the motorhome. Allan and his wife were so friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about us enjoying our trip. The cream tea was a lovely touch and Allan went out of his way to let us know that there was capacity for us to drop the motorhome back later than planned so we could make the most of our hire. The brief was informative and detailed and left us feeling confident that we could take good care of the motorhome, but also that any questions would be responded to quickly while we were away. One thing that would have been handy - a head's up about chemicals needed the toilet that Allen isn't allowed to supply. It just would have been easier for us to pick this up before we set out. The motorhome itself is very clean and well equipped with lots of homely touches to make your stay more enjoyable. We did only find one set of bed linen so perhaps we needed to request the second specifically (the main double bed is already made up) but luckily we had brought some extra blankets/sleeping bags so it worked out ok. As a family of four with a medium sized dog we found it a bit snug. The main bed was too short for my husband so we ended up in the dining room bed which isn't as wide. Overall it worked for us for a short trip but would have been a challenge for a longer period I think. I imagine you'd also notice this less in the warmer months when you'd probably spend more time outside. Altogether, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Allen and his campervan - with a note of caution around the available space for bigger groups like ours. March 2022

Right from the initial communication this rental was perfect, and the motorhome itself, it's so well kept, in beautiful condition, it was so clean , it looked new. We enjoyed our cream tea too thank you. Alan ran through absolutely everything we needed to know about the van so we went off on our travels in confidence, the van drove superbly and was a pleasure to drive. The motorhome is just lovely… very comfortable, clean and packed with every utensil/accessory you could possibly need. Alan gave us very detailed instructions and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great and we had a fabulous few days exploring the very beautiful north Cornwall. Would definitely recommend. ☺️ October 2021
