Unfortunately, when I arrived to collect the motorhome, there was none reserved for us. Goboony confirmed it all with us, we paid everything in advance and received all emails to get ready for our trip. However the owner told us that he never received a reservation from goboony and the vehicle that was supposed to be ours, was given to someone else. Because it was a Friday before a bank holiday, there was no customer service available to resolve it. During our holidays the lines did not work at all and after the duration booked, they do not accept calls from you anymore. Trying to resolve by email. I'm trying to dispute now to recover £1617.91 I paid for. June 2026

Excellent from start to finish. Stuart was very flexible and patient whilst GoBoony sorted some last minute snags out. The camper was clean, and had everything you could need for a trip. Drive faultlessly from start to finish. September 2025

Van was is excellent condition, the handover from Stuart was comprehensive and easy to understand, hardback also very good would highly recommend Stuart’s motorhome to anyone looking for a good service August 2025

Very poor communication,doesnt reply within a few hours more like a few weeks if you are lucky . Van wasnt valeted as stated it would be ,quite disappointed. July 2025

Response from Stuart We are sorry you feel disappointed, but we’d like to provide some context. We accommodated your request to return the motorhome 14 hours earlier than agreed, which unfortunately required us to cut short personal plans to meet you. Because the handover took place after dark, we were unable to carry out a full inspection at that time. When checked properly the following day, the vehicle was found to be in significantly worse condition than when collected, including damage that had not been reported. While we always try to be flexible to help our renters, this experience highlights the importance of proper handovers in daylight.

10/10 van, great facilities and Stuart was great to deal with. Communication wasn't always quick but got the answers we needed in the end. 100% would recommend June 2025

We hired from Stuart as his van was the model we were interested in. Handover was brilliant, very clear instructions, even let us pick up a little earlier. We travelled to Scotland and the van was excellent. Good equipment was provided, kitchen included a microwave which was a pleasant surprise. The frying pan was not good for frying eggs. Beds comfortable and the van very clean. I would recommend Stuart’s vans for a stress free relaxing experience. June 2025
