Liked: We had two and a half weeks camping here (extended family) and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very friendly and efficient - one small problem we had with noise was dealt with very promptly. Despite being large, the site is peaceful and the pitches are shady. We would recommend this campsite and will probably return.

Could be better: Maybe a few more toilets?

Could be better: Site tidy up urgently required. Bushes around the pitches badly overgrown. The flowers are all dead and not cared for as in the past. Weeds growing in brick weave paving A general site tidyup urgently required. I have visited this site for 15 years, it's not being kept to high standard as in the previous visits.

Liked: Quiet site. Huge pitches. Clean and functional sanitaries. Friendly helpful staff. Nice chateau within easy walking distance.

Liked: Our stay at Camping de l'etang was outstanding the reception team, cleaners and the maintenance team were all very kind and polite nothing was to much for them to do. It was a pity we could not stop longer, the toilet facilities, swimming pools and the restaurant were always clean and tidy, the food was really tasty and hot. The restaurant staff were excellant on the occasions we ate there. The pitch we were on was large enough to get our double axle caravan, awning and car on and still have as much space again. The site was spotless no rubbish lying around. We will come again .

Could be better: The only issue we came across was the bridge over the stream, some of the wood needs replacing, that said just before we left the maintenance team were looking to do some repairs.

Could be better: The serviced pitched are perfect

Liked: The pitches were huge with water and electric close by, reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Could be better: It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar were open, and the wooden bridge onto the site requires looking at.

Liked: Nose sunny pitch, convenient for all facilities, on grass with trees to provide some shade

Could be better: The pitch must have been used by a heavy motorhome earlier in the season, leaving a couple of unfortunate wheel tracks

Liked: Like the big pitches, peaceful site, walk into Brissac

Could be better: Fresh water supplies on more pitches. Small toilet block has no fresh water available, hose at toilet emptying point not acceptable for drinking water.

Liked: Swimming pools excellent Site lovely Staff excellent especially Chloe who helped us with several things including booking next holiday

Liked: Pitch was good size and private. Shower block was nice and clean. Reception team were very helpful and friendly.

Could be better: Restaurant could be improved. Very Limited food all of which seemed to be just reheated. Closed on a Monday even in peak holiday season.
