Liked: Great swimming pool, clean toilets and showers, loads of space for outdoor games, really friendly and helpful staff who were able to extend our booking and move us to a shady pitch

Liked: this is our second stay at the site, enough to keep the teens entertained in the pool and cycling around and some lovey vineyards nearby.

Could be better: maybe a one way system over the 2 bridges as access is tight if you are towing a caravan

Liked: Excellent staff, friendly, lovely welcome and fabulous restaurant. Spacious pitch and good facilities.

Liked: Our motorhome broke down on arrival. Chloe at reception took care of us immediately. Rang a garage who came within 20 mins. It had to be repaired so the girls at reception organised emergency accommodation until we got our MH back. Fantastic treatment by all. We are so grateful. The site, bar and pool are all excellent.

Could be better: It was very hot on our last night. We should have asked for a fan as there was no air con in our chalet. however this is not the fault of the campsite.

Liked: Restaurant was good. Pool a good place to cool down. Lots to do. The staff were constantly cleaning and making the areas fit for use. I was tired watching them. Good for a week stay I'd say.

Could be better: Have information about more local, free activities instead of the leaflets about paid activities. Have local walks on a leaflet. Another set of washing machines, perhaps have the trampolines and football pitches bookable. Some families domineered them for 1.5 hours plus, at a time and meant no-one else could have a go. Clean the foot pool as you go into the pool. That was disgusting. Not many activities for teens. They were the odd one out group.

Liked: Lovely area with plenty to do. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area.

Could be better: This is our third visit to L’Etang. Our impression is that it is not as well maintained as in previous years. We booked a pitch with private sanitary, which in our view is not worth the additional cost. We had no water point for our caravan and had to get the technical staff to run a spur off a neighbouring pitch, despite it being advertised as having one on the website. There seemed to be only one chemical toilet point for the whole site, whereas in previous years there were more. Our impression is of a lovely site which has gone downhill in the 2 years since our last visit.

Could be better: les animations sont a revoir , franchement faite appel a un professionnel pour le Karaoké , pas de son , les micros et le reste est nul , vous utilisez meme pas karafun , un effort pour les gens qui payent , pour avoir des prestations de qualité !! Je suis professionnel dans le karaoké , je vous laisse mon téléphone 0668160982 , pour un karoaké digne de ce nom et je ne reviendrais meme pas pour le reste des animations , tous simplement moyen , voir nul , desolé !! La piscine , nous avons eu des boutons moi et mes enfants , l eau en est certainement en cause !!
