Poor quality 'premium pitchss'

3.5 · Robert A · Family with teenagers · September 2026

Liked: The swimming pools and slides are nice and the restaurant is good value with decent food. The on site shop during the last two weeks does not restock so food is difficult. The indoor swimming pool is also nice and heated. The zip lines are €20 per person which is expensive I feel. The restaurant in the local village was excellent

Could be better: The shower and toilet facilities on the premium pitches are anything but premium and poorly maintained. They are beginning to rot and smell as such the decking is also not cleaned so very slippery when wet and the out door lighting was removed as we complained it wasn't working. We paid over €1000 and it was not worth it the pitch was really unlevel (259) and overall I felt there was a lack of value for money for what we paid.

Great campsite for families

7.4 · Sylvia B · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: The lac and activities on the lake. The accrobranche. The amenities of the premium chalets. The quiet

Could be better: Not as many entertainment or clubs or activities as in peak season despite it still being August. We arrived on 19 August and most chalets were empty and the campsite had a real feel of end of season with some activities not being on the calendar anymore and the paddle board on the lake closing on the Sunday. Maintenance teams starting to empty the chalets.

Brilliant!

9.7 · Stuart J · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: We stay at Parc de Feirbois to break up out longer journey further south! It was brilliant, our two daughter thoroughly enjoyed all the park had to offer, from evening entrainment, to swimming in the lake.! So much included with the stay! Our night away in the tree cabins was just perfect and hoisting up breakfast just the pinical of our stay! Would highly recommend anyone to experience it, we'd definitely return for longer or use again for an overnight stop.

Could be better: To be overly critical the bedding in the cabins could be more comfortable.

Amazing Campsite

Liked: Lots to do. Fabulous lake. Brilliant pool area. Large pitches.

Could be better: Service in the bar area was very slow. Not nearly enough staff behind the bar.

2nd time staying here, loved it!

8.5 · Matthew W · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the lake was perfect for our 4 teenage children and dog! Really nice, clean facilities.

Could be better: It was difficult to book the paddle boards and the hut was sometimes shut unexpectedly.

Excellent site

9.2 · Victoria D · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: Very good site for families, good pool complex, good onsite activities eg laser tag, archery, tree top adventure, table tennis. Toilet block/showers very clean considering the amount of use they get. Lovely staff in the restaurant, very attentive.

Could be better: More sun loungers around the pool and more parasols for shade around the pool area.

Camping holiday

2.9 · Abigail I · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: We liked the large pool and access to the lake with the inflatables. The high wire ropes were a good challenge for my teenage children. It was also wonderful to see a hedgehog on our pitch one evening.

Could be better: More sun beds and parasols by pool, parasol with base for pitch, less noisy doors at main wash block. Less noise generally in the evening.

Great Family Holiday at Parc de Fierbois!

9.3 · Richard H · Family with teenagers · August 2026

Liked: We’ve had a great week here with out extended family. The pitches are really generously sized and lovely and shady too when it’s hot (we booked our own pitch for a VWT5 camper but our family booked 2 x Eurocamp pitches which are spacious and well maintained too). The lake is perfect for swimming / paddle boarding and they’ve a little inflatable park on the lake which is great fun for the kids. The restaurant and bar are really good in our opinion, the food at the restaurant was really nice, with good friendly service. The bar overlooking the pool is a great place to relax and enjoy a cold beer

Could be better: The older toilet block could do with a little renovation and some soap dispensers but it was always clean and well serviced. Some people (not us) were using bbqs and cadacs despite the fire warnings and it didn’t seem that this was being monitored.
