Liked: David and Clair were super nice and had a lot of great recommendations for the area. The rafting in the river next to the camping was so much fun! The camping was very very clean. We could not have wished for a better place to stay!

Liked: Claire and David are great hosts, they ensure that their guests have the best holiday The site is set within a natural environment surrounded by mountains and rivers The bar and restaurant offer a good choice and the food was great, with a lovely terrace next to the river to sit and enjoy. The facilities were spotlessly clean at all times and faultless David advised us on places to visit and sharing his knowledge of the area Thank you to both of you for making our stay at camping river so enjoyable

Liked: Wonderful small site. Very friendly and welcoming owners, Clare and David who gave great advice on the beautiful local area and all its outdoor activities. Site is lovely and informal, perfect for tents and small vans with plenty of space and natural pitches. Great aspect for sun all day but plenty of trees for shade. The bar area is perfect for relaxing after an active day. good variety of seating outside by the river (a white water rafting river) and on a covered deck . Nice inside too. A tiny natural lake is perfect for a dip. Lovely food served on some days. We will be back.

Liked: The hosts were both very friendly, giving us on-spot tips for routes, very calm and relaxed atmosphere on the whole site, marvellous location. The pitch place was so spacious our tent and motorcycle looked nearly lost in it. The decorations and gardens were thoughtfully attuned to the beautiful landscape and the lounge and bar area directly at the river Ubaye. New and clean facilities, showers and toilets.We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely return!

Liked: Beautiful scenery, hiking trails and activities in the adjacent river. Excellent service by the owners and staff.

Liked: The locations was amazing. We sat by the river relaxing for a couple of days. The hosts were very friendly and gave good advice. Being able to order fresh criossants and baugettes for delivery each morning was a very nice touch and much appreciated

Liked: Very nice campsite with clean sanitary facilities and super friendly owners in a magnificent environment

Liked: We hebben er een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Je kan er ook wat eten s'avonds, er is een kleine kaart. Mooie grote plek, met voldoende schaduw.

Could be better: Het sanitair is schoon, wel wat gedateerd.
