El seguro incluye: Responsabilidad Civil obligatoria y voluntaria hasta 50.000.000 € Daños propios, robo, incendio y rotura de lunas Asistencia en viaje Defensa jurídica y reclamación de daños Responsabilidad civil de la carga Coberturas ampliadas específicas para campers La franquicia en caso de siniestro es de 900 €, importe que deberá asumir el arrendatario en caso de daños. El seguro cubre el uso del vehículo durante el alquiler, siempre que: Exista un contrato de alquiler firmado Se haya establecido una fianza a nombre del arrendatario El conductor tenga más de 25 años y al menos 2 años de antigüedad del permiso de conducir

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
