This rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage from DZI, designed for peace of mind while you travel. Main Guarantees: The policy provides extensive protection covering bodily injury to the driver and passengers, damage to the vehicle from accidents, fire, natural disasters (hail, floods), malicious acts, and theft of the vehicle itself. Excess Structure: Most major claims are covered subject to an excess (your maximum out-of-pocket contribution per event). Estimated Excess for Damage/Theft: €750 - €2,000 (depending on the specific claim type). Estimated Excess for Glass Breakage: €100 - €250. Protection of Objects Transported: The vehicle's insurance policy covers only permanently installed fixtures; personal belongings transported inside the vehicle are not covered. Exclusions: You remain fully responsible for damages resulting from specific situations, including but not limited to: - Damage to the interior cabin, tires, or underbody caused by misuse. - Putting the wrong fuel type in the vehicle. - Damage caused by negligence or driving while under the influence.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
