We’re Natalie and Roland, the team behind this family-run company. Years ago, we packed our bags and moved to sunny Spain to start a new adventure. From running a cozy bed & breakfast to managing beautiful holiday homes and now aswell a camper, our passion has always been the same: making guests feel truly at home.

Meet Natalie
Natalie is the heart of Holiday Mar Menor. With her energy, perseverance, and warm hospitality, she has shaped the company into what it is today.

She loves walking, exercising, and connecting with people—qualities that shine through in the way she takes care of every guest.

Meet Roland
Roland is the man behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly in and around our properties.

When he’s not solving practical problems, he’s busy with his renovations or recruitment in the Dutch market. Sports like padel and CrossFit keep him fit, motivated, and ready for any challenge.

Our Family & Passions
Together with our two children, we live life under the Spanish sun.

We love exploring new places, traveling, walking in the woods, and enjoying good times at the beach.
