Faisal communicated effectively and was very helpful at handover. I travelled 2 hours in the van to a festival and the van was basic but ideal for me and my cockapoo. Faisal had provided everything needed for a couple of nights and prepped the van appropriately. The only thing I missed was a fridge in the hot weather but I had a great time. August 2026
