Yes. For a public Goboony review, I’d keep it **factual, strong and difficult to dispute**. I would leave the utensils out entirely because they dilute the serious issues. Unfortunately, our experience with this motorhome was extremely disappointing and had a significant impact on our 4-day weekend away. We paid approximately £1,000 for the hire, expecting the basic facilities of a motorhome to be functioning. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Before we had even left our home in Bicester, we noticed water leaking from underneath the motorhome and contacted the owner. We were told it was waste water and not to worry about it, so we relied on that advice and continued with our trip. The water continued to leak throughout the weekend, leaving us with no usable running water. We couldn't shower, use the taps or even wash our hands properly after using the toilet. As we were staying in a field with no alternative facilities, this had a huge impact on our weekend. The electrical sockets also did not work. We were fully aware that they required a 240V hook-up and had the correct hook-up in place, but the sockets still didn't work. The rear bed was also broken. It was so bad that we actually had to use gaffer tape ourselves to try to make it usable so that we could sleep on it. What was particularly disappointing was that, when we complained afterwards, the owner confirmed in writing that he had already been aware that two of the bed slats were broken before our hire. We raised our concerns directly with the owner and requested a partial refund. Despite the lack of running water, unusable shower, electrical problems and broken bed, initially we were told that no refund would be provided and that we would need to take the matter up with Goboony. A refund of £78 was then offered but this was insulting ! These weren't small inconveniences. They fundamentally affected our ability to use and enjoy the motorhome and had a real impact on a weekend away that we had paid a considerable amount of money for. Had we known beforehand that we would spend the weekend without running water or a shower, without working electrical sockets and sleeping on a bed that we had to gaffer tape ourselves, we simply would not have hired the motorhome. We chose a motorhome rather than camping precisely because we wanted access to these basic facilities. Instead, we effectively spent four days camping in a field without them, despite paying around £1,000. A really disappointing experience and unfortunately not one we could recommend. August 2026

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your weekend did not go as planned, but we must clarify several key points regarding the issues you experienced, as we were not given the opportunity to resolve them during your trip.Electrical Sockets: The 240V sockets stopped working because they were overloaded, which tripped the main safety switch. This was a simple case of flipping the switch back on, but because this wasn't communicated to us during the hire, we couldn't guide you to it.Water Leak: When you contacted us before leaving Bicester, we advised it was likely water escaping from the overflow because the tank had just been filled to maximum capacity at home. We did not receive any further messages or calls to state that it was continuously leaking or that you had no running water, which would have allowed us to immediately look into it for you and again was a simple fix by a press of a button Rear Bed: We were completely unaware of any pre-existing issues with the bed slats until you mentioned it upon your return. Had we known there was any damage beforehand, it would have been repaired immediately prior to your collection.We take the maintenance of our motorhome very seriously. Most of these issues were simple fixes that could have been resolved on the spot during your 4-day weekend if you had contacted us to let us know they were happening.

Handover was excellent with very clear instructions and helpful advise. We really enjoyed the motorhome. It was easy to drive and surprisingly fuel efficient. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The large garage was an added bonus, plus chairs and table were supplied. We would definitely book with Jarron again. July 2026

I've just returned from Latitude with my daughter and son-in-law, and Jarron's motorhome was perfect! Absolutely couldn't fault it. As a side note, I'm over 6 ft and my SIL is 6'5" and we had plenty of room. Jarron was the perfect host and a pleasure to work with and when we contacted him about something one day, he responded within minutes. We shall definitely request to book on our next festival trip, hopefully next year. Thanks very much Jarron, much appreciated! July 2026

Jarron was a fabulous host and really made the hire very smooth and pain free, ensuring that I was happy with the RV and understood all the relevant points. The van itself was lovely and suited our needs to the weekend down to the ground. Would thorough recommend hiring from Jarron anytime July 2026
