I'm Catherine, and one of my favourite things to do is to travel to see friends around the country and invite them to have a van picnic - whether that's brunch, a cuppa or a full-on supper. There's plenty of space to do this even in colder weather, when the central heating makes it all very cosy!
I've also done a trip around Europe, again stopping to see friends, and also singing with my choir. There's nothing quite like the open road and endless possibilities stretching ahead!
