Russell and the Camper Van were great! Initially, Russell was very understanding as I wrangled with the tec, seemingly due to me booking from Canada. Once we arrived in the UK the check in and hand back process were very smooth - especially with the goboony App. The Camper Van is a 'sweet ride'! All the bells and whistles that you would hope for in a VW California! With the four of us (Mum, Dad and 2 adult children) the Hex extension, with the two bedroom pods meant we had lots of room during our 5 night festival trip. Handover fast, friendly and efficient. Russell explained all the functionality and we were quickly away. The campervan is a handsome, high spec model, beautifully easy to drive. We took it the Green Man festival and it was brilliant to go back whenever we wanted a rest, doze away the beer then get back onsite refreshed. We had a query on our first evening about the location of plug sockets and Russell responded almost instantly. August 2026

Immaculate California. I was a first time user but needn't have worried - the handover was comprehensive and handled really well. Heavy traffic from Bristol to Devon was easy to handle with adaptive cruise control and auto gearbox. Very comfortable drive. The van is easy to use, perfectly equipped and in first rate condition. Will be asking Russell if we can rent it next year for sure July 2026

What a fantastic experience! Russell was a pleasure to book with and was very helpful prior to our trip as well as during pick up and drop off. The van is brilliant and perfect for our road trip round south wales for our son’s birthday. Really comfortable beds (upstairs and down), lots of storage, really easy to use and drive and comes with everything we needed. We would definitely book again if in the area! April 2026

Really positive experience and a beautiful ultra modern camper. Easy handover and a wonderful trip to beautiful St. Ives. The camper was easy to drive and cruised at ease on motorways. It coped well with the narrow twisty roads of St. Ives where the parking sensors and camera were a welcome aid! I can see why these California campers are so popular! February 2026

Russell was amazing from start to finish. Took time to show me around a spotless and well Stocked camper van, it came with everything we needed for our trip through north wales and the Lake District, the Van is amazing, has all the mod cons, and well maintained, if your planning a trip soon, then look no further than Russell and his VW transporter!!
