I recently rented a campervan for the first time from James, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. James was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions promptly and providing helpful tips for a first-time renter. Great communication before and during the hire. James was very flexible with allowing us to have an early pick up and late drop off. The van was in a lovely clean condition and it was commented on by lots of people passing it. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, home from home experience for a weekend, very spacious and well thought out. If we were to hire again, we would definitely go back to James, although it has convinced us we now want to become van owners! 🚐 September 2024
