We hired Cookie to go to a local family festival so weren’t travelling too far. The handover with Terry was really easy at start and end. The van is lovely to drive and comfy to sleep in! Will defo be hiring again. Thanks Terry! August 2026

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Terry communicated well throughout, handovers were very smooth and included all the detail we needed. Camper was in excellent condition, was easy to drive and came with all items included as advertised. Terry was very helpful in the lead up and on the day. We had a full handover from him which was super useful as being in a VW campervan was new to us. We were experimenting, with the possibility of buying one in the future. We hired for 4 nights and went from Hampshire to Cornwall and Devon. We stayed in a quiet campsite near Lydford which was perfect for us. The weather wasn't great; rain and fog tested our resolve about van life, especially as absolutely everything had to be done outside - apart from sleeping! We've always enjoyed camping, and this was similar being outside immediately you wake up which is a great way to start the day. We're undecided about whether to buy ourselves, but learned a huge amount from our trip. Terry's VW campervan drew admiration and conversations from other campers. It's beautifully kept, clean and clearly proudly looked after. We would recommend Terry as a host, it's quite something to hand over a precious van and put your trust in strangers, so we really appreciated that. June 2026

We had a great weekend borrowing Terry’s camper. The collection process was really thorough and easy and Terry was very helpful and flexible. He explained everything we needed to know clearly and we had no problems with anything. The van is great - clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a few days camping. The kids loved the pop top and we all slept very well. Highly recommend! September 2025

We had a great experience in hiring Terry’s van “cookie” and a fun bank holiday weekend. The handover process was easy and Terry was thorough and helpful, so we were fully prepared for the trip and everything went smoothly. Beautiful van with everything we needed. With inclusion of fridge, camping kitchen and stove, all we really needed was to pack our bedding, clothes and ourselves. Having all this kit ready to go was brilliant. This was our first adventure in a camper and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Cookie was easy to drive, and easy to set up at our campsite. We comfortably slept 2 adults on the full width bed. Plus our son loved being in up in the popup roof. Certainly will look at future trips. Fully recommend cookie as a van and Terry as an owner, and thanks for experience. August 2025

We hired the camper van as a trial with the outlook of potentially buying one ourselves. Terry took us through all the functions and best ways of using the camper really clearly. The van was really well kitted out with table, stove, accessories etc. which were all really useful. The van was comfortable to sleep in and had plenty of room for the four of us. Terry was very accommodating, he let us park our car on his drive during the hire time and communicated with us really well in the build up. Would highly recommend August 2025
