Unfortunately we had quite a bad experience during our time with Andys lovely motorhome. We were informed when collecting the van that the gas canisters were full which we had absoluetly no reason to doubt. Everything else about the van was clean and orderly and we discussed the diesel fuel levels and how to operate different functions with Andys partner who was very helpful. The problem started on day 2 of our 5 day rental when the connected gas canister ran out, so naturally we went to change it over to the spare which, you guessed it, we also found to be empty. So no hot water, no fridge, no hot or cold drinks, no cooking the food in the fridge that we now had to throw away. If we were not at a music festival this would have still been a problem but we could have gone and changed this over ourselves but that sadly was not the situation we found ourselves in. When I contacted Andy he was very apologetic and suggested we raise a claim with goboony which of course we did. After nearly 3 weeks of waiting (and without Andy actually arguing against our case) we were awarded a refund of only £19.75 by goboony which I now have to somehow try and claim from Andy! So all I can add is 'DO NOT TAKE PEOPLES WORD, CHECK THE GAS CANISTERS BECAUSE WHEN IT GOES WRONG GOBOONY DONT HELP WITH REFUNDS'. May 2025

Had a fantastic weekend at Dogfest using Andy's motorhome. It was ideal for a festival as it had everything that we needed and ensured we had a good sleep, could cook our own food and had somewhere to chill out. First time we have done something like that and the seasoned festival goers were very admiring of the motorhome. Definitely something we would do again. October 2024

Excellent experience. We booked the motorhome for a festival weekend and Andy was so accommodating. There was a miscommunication about providing linens and less than 6 hours before we picked the van up, Andy had sorted it for us. The van was perfect for two couples to share, easy to drive and to get set up. It was amazing, definitely will be using again! July 2024

Andy was brilliant, very accommodating with request for an earlier pick up. The motorhome was perfect for our needs. We had a great trip with our toddler to the festival. June 2024

Andy was great. We had great communication throughout. Previous guests had caused damage to van which caused us some problems, Andy was unaware of these and went out of his way to ensure we were ok. Great van, friendly owner June 2024
