Great weekend camping at Silverstone, way pick up, easy communication, Neil is a great guy, camper was brilliant easy to use, all explained in video and then in person, made the whole rental easy, just of M1, easy pick up, thanks Conrad, left cloths behind then, Neil posted them to us. August 2022

- Great communication from the outset - Video tutorial on how to use the van very clear - Handover made simple - Vehicle was in excellent presented condition, ran beautifully - all equipment worked. - Car drove very well and was easier to maneuver than I thought. - Vehicle return and handover also went very well. High praise to Neil for his patience, consideration and communication for our first hire of a van! Cheers June 2022
