We had a great experience from the moment we booked the camper all the way through to returning it. The camper met all our expectations and we had brilliant communication throughout with Richard, the owner. He was responsive, supportive and helpful with all our queries and gave us all the information we needed. We really cannot fault anything - would highly recommend Richard and Lovely Camper Vans! The camper van was great for us with room for a family of 4 including 2 small children. Richard also gave a great overview of all the features and sent quick replies to messages. The van got us to Wales and back without any problems, we were sorry to see it go at the end of the week! August 2021

Richard couldn't have been more helpful. Motor home was easy to drive and after 20 mins it felt natural to drive. The engine was powerful and the steering was light. The layout is clever and the functionality excellent. My teenagers particularly appreciated the TV and dvd player, especially on the wet evenings. The weather was wet and cold but we were dry and warm. Would recommend use the add on canopy for extra room. I would also recommend choosing your spot and stay there for a few days before travelling on. If you'd like to hire a campervan, I would highly recommend Lovely Campervans and Richard. Our first experience of campervan life was fantastic thanks to Richard. Excellent communication leading up to our holiday, the video of how to use the campervan was a great help along with Richard showing us around the van and how to use and live in the van. The campervan was great to drive, extremely clean, it was only the second trip it had been out on. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the van. It sleeps 4 people in a double bunk at the back of the van. This was a little cramped for my wife and I and was thankful we took a tent with us. Shower was excellent, good water temperature which only takes 10-15 mins to heat up. Cooking facilities included an oven, grill and double hob. Again this area is a bit cramped but manageable. Richard was available on the phone if we had any problems. Overall it was an excellent campervan experience thanks to Richard’s communication and brand new campervan. Would highly recommend and we are planning our next trip with Richard’s campervan. August 2021

Our first ever motorhome experience and it exceeded our expectations. Richard is brilliant and very helpful. We didn’t know what to expect and what we would need. He was very helpful, provided us with all the necessities and gave really good advice. We could not thank him enough. We really love being close to the nature and outdoor experience. If you are thinking of renting for the first time, Richard's fleet of Fiat Autotrails are comfortable for 2 adults for 10 days for a first rental, and a manoueverable and easily drivable van. Our first campervan experience and we've now got the bug for more. The van was immaculately presented and Richard's a great guy to deal with. Yes, we had a couple of minor issues with the van that Richard would not have been aware of (we suspect down to a previous user) and we sorted these out ourselves. We originally booked for two of us to go to the Tour de France and it would been perfect had it not been compromised by Covid. Instead we stayed in the UK and headed north - accompanied by dogs. Our only criticism would be it's too small for two people and two large greyhounds. All was good during the daytime but the nights were a bit of an issue due to trying to satisfy the dogs' sleeping arrangements! The van was easy to drive and a perfect size for narrow roads in Scotland and the Outer Hebrides. The Ducato chassis and engine seems perfect and will certainly form the basis for any future acquisition of our own. Thoroughly recommended. Ted & Zoe (with Molly & Freddy!). September 2020
