This was our first time renting a campervan through goboony and the whole experience was excellent. Simon did a very thorough handover and Shamus is an extremely well equipped and well looked after van. We took our 2 children to the Isle of Wight for 4 nights and the combo of the van and tent that Simon supplied meant that we had ample space to enjoy our adventure. The kids absolutely loved it and want to know when we're going again! Having done loads of research into the possibility of buying a campervan, it was really clear to me that Simon takes great pride in both the cleanliness and functionality of Shamus. It was the perfect way for us all to experience VW camping! Honestly couldn't recommend any more highly! June 2024

The van was in superb shape. Very clean with everything you could need. Simon keeps it in absolutely mint condition. We went through mountains, over 5,000ft, barrow passes, steep climbs as well as to the beach. It handled great. We did not hookup or anything, just off the solar. Would definitely recommend. We enjoyed a great week in Shamus - plenty of space for living, sleeping and all of our luggage. Super comfortable to drive both short and long distances. Simon was a fantastic host, always on hand to help and ever accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night at the last minute! Couldn't recommend more highly. July 2021
