I cannot confirm my email address

Upon creating your account or sending your first request, you should have received an email with a button to confirm your email address. Unable to find that email, try the following:

  • Check your spam box, sometimes it is misplaced there. If you find it there, be sure to add Goboony as a contact to avoid this occurring again.
  • Use the search bar in your inbox and type in 'Goboony', does it still not come up?
  • Still unable to find the email? Email goboony@support.co.uk and ask us to resend it.
