Liked: The office closed early for the 4-7pm check-in, no bedding as per our order and front door of tent was broken. 2 x Loos broken and generally was not clean wash facilities. Spent the night freezing under towels with the front door open. Terrible visit especially with 2 young kids after driving 500 miles. Ordered pizza and they even manager to burn that!!!

Could be better: Organisation, communication to visitor if you do change check-in times, maintenance and cleanliness

Could be better: Hygiëne, sanitair: verouderd, niet gepoetst, geen toiletpapier, vuilbakken niet leeggemaakt, lekkende kranen, verschillende toiletten en douches buiten gebruik

Liked: Perfect location and very pro active team.

Liked: The camping has potention: good location next to lake and activity center, it has its own pool and facilities for a bar/take-away. But everything is dissapointing: dirty sanitaire, often nobody at the reception, bar open max 1 hour per week, and not many customers: very quiet. The reserved bed sheets were not available, with no solution offered. The lady at the reception is very friendly, but has to deal with complaining customers only, so she is dejected. The tent (victoria lodge) was good, but very dusty and not well cleaned. Pool was nice and opening hours were good!

Could be better: Cleaning of sanitaire and rental accomodations, repair of the broken and shifted midgetgolf courses, not many customers so too quiet

Liked: Very friendly staff. Nice environment. Fun in the adventure park and swim in the lake

Could be better: The sanitary block should be cleaned more, Mirror in the men’s block. Did not use the dishes..

Liked: Convenient access to the lake. Which was nice.

Could be better: There was no one at reception. We randomly the number - no answer. We were lucky that someone who worked at the lake were able to get us the code.

Liked: A small site by lovely lake. Very relaxing.

Could be better: Someone should be cleaning the shower block it was filthy and I had to clean a shower every morning before I could use it. Grass needs cutting on pitches as some were very long. Ba4 a manger should be open. Loungers by the pool. Would be good.
