Liked: Good location by river and town. Covered pool was needed due to cool weather. Restaurant food good.

Could be better: Check out time 11 as was the opening time of the pools which made it impossible to use these facilities on last day. Not keen on mixed sanitary blocks.

Liked: Good size pitches.

Could be better: Lift tree branches to give better access for caravans. I had to site my caravan under branches which touched the roof

Liked: Very supportive staff, with great pools.

Could be better: Grass could have been cut, but it had been very wet, so understandable.

Liked: Nice staff nothing to much trouble facilities good nice area will definitely go again .Excellent as a stop over on way up to ports

Could be better: Some showers almost boiling water ! I see this has been reported many times before - this is dangerous and requires urgent attention.

Liked: Great location, well maintained, buzzy. Nice view of the castle (s!)

Could be better: Very tight pitches, some with quite a pronounced slope. Negligible river view.

Liked: Very, very large pitches, separated by neat hedges. Clean and convenient toilets and (hot) showers. Lots of trees gave shade and a country feel. Good views of the castle. Easy walk into pretty little town

Could be better: Movement sensor lighting in washing up area was annoying as had to keep walking around to put it back on

Liked: Staff, Facilities and immediate environment interesting. Easy access to town
