Could be better: Toilets dirty Not much option to buy food on site and not much in terms of local shops either

Liked: Relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation comfortable.

Could be better: Requires extra facilities in lodge like kettle and toaster

Liked: Good location for Disney parks and good children’s facilities.

Could be better: Cleanliness! We arrived around 9:30pm and used the toilets and showers right away; they resembled something you’d find at a festival on day 3. Toilet paper all over the floor but none in the dispenser, smelt bad and the shower floors were covered in mud from peoples shoes. They only marginally improved the next day but the toilet paper ran out in the men’s by 10am. Also be aware the vehicle access stops at midnight; Disney fireworks are finish at 11pm and it’s a 33 minute drive once you’ve made it to your car. Not great given many will use the site to visit Disney.

Liked: Site clean and tidy, nice pool. Set in lovely grounds, snacks bar staff friendly and helpful. Close to Disney, they have shuttles running but we didn't use them as we drove there.

Could be better: Caravan, only as clean as the last person left it, we were lucky that ours was left relatively clean but could do with a complete deep clean. Our caravan could also do with a bit of a makeover, very tired and dated. Website says fully equipped kitchen but only had a microwave, gas hob and coffee machine, could have done with a kettle but we managed.

Liked: Pitches are big and flat, also get to choose your own. Reception staff are friendly

Could be better: Barrier issues ruined the stay really. Can’t physically get back from the Disney fireworks before the barriers are locked, a shame considering they advertised they are well placed for Disney. Code stopped working completely on last evening at 9pm, no staff to be found, no number to call. Made me feel uneasy incase something happened in the night. Stayed at numerous sites on this trip and the quality of this site was a lot worse than all the others.

Liked: Was clean and nice.

Could be better: Staff improve language.

Liked: The campsite is clean and secure, perfect location for our trip to Disney that plenty to do during the 3 days after. I believe that the mobile home is as clean as the previous occupier left it (as it seems that there is no cleaning personnel), therefore I have to refresh some of the kitchen items (only the ones we used while camping though) and clean a bit around. Lots of things for kids to do (football, tenis, table tennis, indoor play zone, outdoor gym), and we were lucky enough to have 2 hot days, so also enjoyed the pools.

Could be better: We fund the receptionist very rude and unhelpful ( the one with glasses who speaks better English). We were 3 families, 2 of which rented the same time of mobile home (3 bedroom Noya accommodation). A request for them to be near each other or close by was sent months before arrival and acknowledged by the campsite, however on the day one of the family was placed in a different accommodation (3 bedrooms Lodge) which was located in the opposite part of the campsite. The receptionist didn't take any consideration of prior communication nor tried to help in anyways, just blankly refused to help

Could be better: More info given about what is already in the van (utensils etc as we brought some and ended up having double) and the bar facilities being open during the week instead of the weekend. Swimming pool was not heated, my kids had to leave as they were shivering
