Liked: Immaculate site with large well tended pitches. Pitches all have some shade and many have a view of the river. We stayed 4 nights with our acsi card it was 15euros a night, amazing value for such a special place. Easy walk to the village which had a couple of bar/restaurants with a great view of the fairytale castle. Also several well marked out walks from the site which our Labrador loved. Definitely on our list to return.

Could be better: We do prefer a gravel pitch, we were lucky we got the only one so a few more would be great although it wouldn’t put us off returning.

Liked: Friendly welcome, lovely pitches in a terraced campsite. We chose one with view of the river. The facilities were clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay...thank you.

Liked: This is the best site I have stayed at. The facilities are so good and very clean. The pitches are large and well looked after. The children’s playground is like no other I’ve seen - just wonderful! Huge chess game for outside, trampoline, outdoor gym equipment and more boxed games than I’ve seen in a shop for rainy days. Located within walking distance to a small but lovely village with a bakery, butchers, restaurants and a chateau that is open to the public.

Could be better: It is impossible to improve this site - it is absolutely excellent!

Liked: This is a lovely ,lovely campsite, we were on a terrace above the river, the reception is great as are the owners. Bread and croissants available every day. The toilets and showers were really, really good and everything wes so clean. Clearly the campsite owners want to offer the best possible experience for their guests and they most definitely achieved this aim. I cannot speak too highly of this campsite the best one of our 6 week trip. We would definitely return to this camp site. Unfortunately the weather was atrocious and the river burst it's banks quite spectacularly.

Liked: Everything about this campsite is wonderful Lydie and Bruno the owners, go out of their way to ensure that your stay is fantastic. Everything is so clean and so well organised. The heated shower block is great and all facilities are to hand. Reception is great too and provides everything you might need. Attractive campsite with walks along the river.Many thanks to Bruno for helping us get off the pitch after the torrential rain that we had for 2.5 days!

Could be better: Maybe water at the pitch side for a motorhome, but it wasn't really a problem

Liked: Stayed because of a wedding nearby at the Chateau d'Oche. They were very accommodating to a big group of excited British people! Daily baguette order was great and staff very kind.

Liked: Simple and Beautiful or simply beautiful. A lovely campsite, no amenities needed other than what is there. Pitches great size, well defined. Whole site very well looked after and very clean and tidy. The owners extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. If your looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful area then would highly recommend this site
