Liked: Good semi rural location and bike riding to Local areas-adequate facilities although lack of toilet seat and paper was not so comfortable-friendly staff and daily bread supplies etc

Liked: We only stayed for one night in August, our very first night in France. We had a lovely private pitch and everyone was so friendly. Nice bar and fresh baguette ordered for breakfast.

Could be better: We couldn’t find anywhere to fill our motorhome with fresh water but that may have been down to us!

Liked: Clean, tidy, spacious. Helpful staff, nice cafe and bar and ideally located for visiting Bayeux and historic sites

Could be better: Perhaps the restaurant could be open more days per week?

Liked: Friendly and warm welcome. Nice pitch for our motorhome. Warm showers and very clean toilets. We cycled to Omaha beach and along the coast and into Port Bessain. Had a lovely beer sitting outside the bar in the sun. The oil area looked lovely but we didn’t use it. A great and enjoyable stay.

Could be better: We couldn’t find the area for the grey water.

Liked: Friendly hosts, the possibility to order bread in the morning and a nice atmosphere on the site. And there is always a laugh in the smalle bar/cafetaria.Reine Mathilde is a nice place to discover around the area.
