Could be better: Would be great if the prospekt of the area and town also with english text in the reception

Liked: We really enjoyed our short stay on this site and would definitely come again. Large pitches, well separated by trees and hedges for privacy and some welcome shade. We didn’t use the restaurant but it seemed well patronised. The swimming pool was a glorious bonus in super- hot weather. Good location on the edge of Verdun but within walking distance of the centre. Useful walking track for the dog just outside the site. Also a good vet in Verdun for use before returning to the UK.

Could be better: A dog- poo bin by the entrance/ exit to the site

Liked: Clean and well maintained. Pool was lovely. Nice partly shaded pitches. Great location for visiting the war memorials and the town. Friendly staff.

Could be better: The foot wash before entering the pool could have been cleaner and hand sanitizer/ soap is always a welcome addition to any toilets

Liked: The swimming pool is great for kids. One small pool for babies/toddlers, a separate swimming pool, and two water slides landing in yet another pool. All facilities were very clean at all times of the day. The pitches are spacious with a small hedge separating each pitch.

Could be better: There’s no hand soap at the wash basins in the toilet block.

Liked: Traditional family French site with all amenities that are required and a few more besides. Lovely tree or bush lined pitches, morning bread service, restaurant, pools, washing machine and dryer, clean if older, bathrooms and friendly lady owner

Could be better: Waste water disposal could be improved

Liked: Stopped here for one night on our way to Germany.

Liked: East to find. Sanitary facilities was good . Site was peaceful and quite. Good night sleep

Could be better: Motorhome service point could do with renovating a little.

Liked: Location to all things war history. Pool was a great relief to the heat and added fun for my three kids. Camping spots are spacious, clean and well maintained. Friendly hosts. Dog friends and easy.

Could be better: Showers were difficult to get warm. And difficult for a family with three littles to navigate. It didn't take away from our experience..

Liked: Location near to city center, nice and clean sanitaries, lot of trees providing the shade
