Liked: What an absolute gem of a place! From the moment we arrived at Ferme de Simondon, we knew we had found somewhere really special. Hélène and Hubert are the most wonderful hosts so warm, welcoming and genuinely lovely people who made us feel completely at home. The setting is simply breathtaking. Our pitch had the most incredible panoramic views, and the hammocks were the perfect place to completely switch off. We were surrounded by nature and so much peace and quiet that, even though there were other guests around, you genuinely would have thought we were the only people there.

Liked: Sehr ruhiger und entspannter Ort mit viel Natur – genau richtig, um abzuschalten. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm ungezwungen, nichts wirkt überlaufen oder künstlich. Besonders positiv ist der freundliche und hilfsbereite Umgang vor Ort; man fühlt sich direkt willkommen, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt. Wer Ruhe sucht und keinen Trubel braucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Kein Schnickschnack, sondern ehrliche, einfache Gastfreundschaft in schöner Umgebung.

Liked: It was the 5th time we stayed at the Simondon and it's always a pleasure to come here. Fantastic views, good accommodation, and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Could be better: Hoping that the restaurant will be open next time

Liked: This was a great find on Pitchup, lovely flat clean site and a very nice welcome.

Could be better: Swimming pool area looking a bit tired, could do with some TLC.

Liked: Everything about this site is just lovely! Easy to find as signage is so clear to the campsite. The owners are so friendly, spaces are big to park your van, a nice little shop to buy a few essentials, lovely clean shower block. The views are absolutely stunning, the area is so relaxing and beautiful. The pool is nice to cool off, and there is a restaurant on site too. We didn’t go there as we are vegetarian and there didn’t seem to be a vege option, but this did not bother us. Definitely recommend this beautiful place.
