Liked: Staff very friendly. Very clean and tidy. Good size pitches. Lots to do in the area.

Liked: Lovely checkin staff. Lake and forest walk Sillé-le-Guillaume town ( but no market) The ice creams

Could be better: The facilities block...no toilet seats Bit dated Cold shower water one morning, but soon fixed. No where to wash dishes. Chemical toilet point back up near the gate

Liked: Really enjoyed our overnight stop at this site.Only downside wss there was no water to the handbasins in the ge ts toilets and also the hand drier wasnt working. That said i would definitely come back and stay at this site.

Could be better: Fix water source to hand basins in gents toilets and showers and also fix the hand drier in the samr place

Liked: A beginning of the season visit. Superb weather, large hedged (clipped) sunny pitch for our caravan with all facilities close by and a view of the lake. Lots of walking, bird song and a long unheard cuckoo! Plenty to see do and visit. Lunch outside in Le Mans old city square was fabulous.

Could be better: It was early season so some pitches hadn’t been mown but perhaps that was to alllow wildlife ( which was abundant) to flourish. The chemical toilet disposal point was adequate but could do with updating.

Liked: A 6 day break in a chalet which was perfect and had all amenities we needed, great shower which is a big plus.

Could be better: Inside the TV location could be better for the darker evenings, but a minor point. The WiFi inside was a little poor, possibly they could offer a WiFi booster hire? Just a basic plug in? Fishing nearby but need a licence for the lake (this is not the Carte Pêche but a separate one for the lake) , easy to get from the Super U, 8 mins away. We fished the river Sarthe (dep 72 carte de pêche required, are online), loads of places to try. Lots of hard fighting Barbel in the river, multiple catches each day.

Liked: Everything was perfect especially the lady at the reception desk

Liked: The toilet block was immaculately clean, and night time lighting of the site was pleasingly minimal. I just failed to notice a light near the plot I chose!

Liked: Very quiet area, clean toilet and shower facilities.

Could be better: Reception was closed for the duration of the stay.
