Liked: Well located site on the Euro Velo 4 (Velomaritime) with access to excellent cycling, both off road and circuits on quiet roads around the Baie de Somme area. 15 minutes by bike to Parc du Marquenterre. 30 minutes to Le Crotoy with access to Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme. Magnificent birds and other wildlife in fascinating wetland area. Good sized pitch with hedges. Good food at Restaurant.

Could be better: Site was completely full during our visit in high season. As a result, Sanitary blocks were overrun. Just one sanitary block in the vicinity of the majority of touring pitches. There were two other blocks, side by side further up the site and frequently needed to walk to those as there were queues for the toilets at our nearest block. Floor of washing up area was frequently awash with water, not sure why. Are the sink drains leaking? Grey cloths left at entrance to Sanitary blocks unsightly. Could another solution be found? Soap dishes in showers would be nice.

Liked: Quiet site in a good location. Nice bar with good food.

Could be better: Sanitary facilities were rather unusual. If the site had been busy there would not have been sufficient toilets.

Liked: Surrounding area was fantastic, Parc Du Marquenterre was wonderful, highly recommend. The campsite pitches were a good size, with hedges all around, giving us privacy. Good laundry facilities. Toilet block clean. Staff friendly. Lovely pastries in the morning.

Could be better: Showers tended to spray everywhere, so it was difficult to keep things dry. They were not that warm either, shame they were unisex as well.

Liked: Had a great pitch with plenty of room which was great but the reception was poor firstly which wasn’t a great start to the holiday. The downside was the toilets were all french style without loo seats which we didn’t like at all!

Could be better: Put a few loo seats on the toilets please it would have made a better experience.

Liked: All the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though our French speaking is very poor, they were very patient and understanding. Excellent facilities through out.

Could be better: I would perhaps suggest that bicycles could be hired through the site or via a third party. Also perhaps the availability of Fruit and vegetables in the shop.

Liked: Quiet, well organised site

Could be better: Close pitches where grass needs time to recover. Showers should be warm, not tepid

Liked: Private pitches fully serviced, great staff.

Could be better: Handwash in the toilets

Liked: Wij hadden de VIP mobile home Echt een aanrader schoon en netjes. We hebben genoten van de jaccuzi die was de hele dag lekker op temperatuur. Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Could be better: Meer Engelse uitleg en een beetje jammer alleen Franse zenders op de televisie.

Liked: Personnel très accueillant, camping très bien tenue très propre Avons manger au restaurant du camping nous nous sommes régalés Hâte de pouvoir réservé pour juin 2027 et venir en famille ,de plus chien accepté le top car pas beaucoup de camping accepte les animaux alors qu'ils font partie de la famille 👍👍
