Liked: This was our second stay at Ur Onea (first time was 2018) and it did not disappoint. The sanitary block was perfectly clean and having showers and basins in individual cubicles is great. The price per night is value for money. When I had a small problem with a washing machine the staff immediately attended and sorted it out. Had 5 peaceful nights on a friendly site. All these things make it a great site.Will return!

Could be better: Maybe a sign outside the sanitary doorways to indicate they are unisex? I was unsure to enter on my first visit! Otherwise no problems!

Liked: We had a lovely large pitch. Due to my mobility issues, we asked for one near the toilets and showers, which they had set aside for us. They gave us a perfect spot.

Could be better: There was only 1 disabled toilet / shower. I didn’t manage to use the 1 cubicle as it was always in use. Additional facilities for disabled people would be useful.

Liked: Only a brief stay but wish it could have been longer. Excellent pitch with nice grass area but hard standing to one side which was great and ground still a little soft after spring showers. Facilities excellent with well designed shower block and units. Lovely and clean and enticed you into squeegeeing your own shower after always leaving as you find. Lovely location with nice walk to good beach.

Could be better: Two beers at €17 a bit too pricey for my liking!

Liked: Tout etait tres bien, organisation au top. Sanitaires super propres et nombreux, piscine aussi et tres grande. Proximite avec la plage geniale et a deux pas d'un arret de bus.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. A great restaurant with good food and wonderful staff. Modern facilities always spotlessly clean. Great position close to the beach and within walking distance of Bidart and Guethary.

Could be better: Possibly more selection in the site shop

Liked: Friendly, helpful and excellent reception. Site kept tidy and clean

Could be better: Fresh water points need clearer signage. Water tap at service point very stiff

Liked: Nice friendly campsite, very easy going

Could be better: More English speaking animations

Liked: The pool complex was superb , everything on site very clean , tidy and neat ..

Could be better: Campervan grey water drain needs widening for vans with outlet on right hand side ..

Liked: the location to tour the country and the pyrenees is perfect. The restaurant was very good, with fair prices and very nice personal.

Could be better: the shower

Liked: We paid extra for a grand comfort plot but unfortunately we discovered the toilets nearest to us were not open so we had a longer walk to the facilities and the lights in our area were not switched on so at night time our walk to the facilities started and ended in darkness. This was not safe and we felt that although we paid more for our plot, we actually received less.

Could be better: Either keep all facilities open all year or don't put people in plots where there are not adequate facilities
