Liked: A lovely site, well kept and well maintained. Plenty of facilities and availability for access

Could be better: If you are going to say no shorts in the pool area then enforce it. I chose to purchase trunks but numerous people were in the pool with shorts and Bermudas - if you have a rule then enforce it

Liked: Third visit to URONEA and hoping to go next year too. Never been disappointed.

Could be better: Nothing to add.

Could be better: The ground around the pool is very hot so you need flip flops

Liked: The campsite was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was excellent. We are return visitors and will certainly be going back.

Could be better: Can’t think of anything we would want to change

Liked: This was our first time staying at Camping Ur-Onea and we would definitely stay again. The campsite is well equipped, with recently upgraded sanitary facilities and a gorgeous pool area. The bar is nice and the restaurant serves very good food. The staff were all very pleasant to interact with.

Could be better: The sanitary block nearest to our pitch was closed but I assume this was for upgrading.

Liked: Excellent stay, superb pitches,lovely surroundings couldn't fault the site ,lovely warm welcome at reception , free pen was lovely and works well just writing my shopping list.

Liked: We had a lovely large pitch. Due to my mobility issues, we asked for one near the toilets and showers, which they had set aside for us. They gave us a perfect spot.

Could be better: There was only 1 disabled toilet / shower. I didn’t manage to use the 1 cubicle as it was always in use. Additional facilities for disabled people would be useful.

Liked: Only a brief stay but wish it could have been longer. Excellent pitch with nice grass area but hard standing to one side which was great and ground still a little soft after spring showers. Facilities excellent with well designed shower block and units. Lovely and clean and enticed you into squeegeeing your own shower after always leaving as you find. Lovely location with nice walk to good beach.

Could be better: Two beers at €17 a bit too pricey for my liking!

Liked: We paid extra for a grand comfort plot but unfortunately we discovered the toilets nearest to us were not open so we had a longer walk to the facilities and the lights in our area were not switched on so at night time our walk to the facilities started and ended in darkness. This was not safe and we felt that although we paid more for our plot, we actually received less.

Could be better: Either keep all facilities open all year or don't put people in plots where there are not adequate facilities

Liked: Pretty well maintained site, lots of trees, shrubs, flowers. Decent clean toilet etc etc block. Very very nice swimming pool area. Good bar/restaurant. Good location, walkable to a beach & Bidart. Bus route should you need. Easy to explore area For us, an excellent stay.
